我的理解啊

题目说与scandal 不一样，都有否定自然就照着scandal选。

第一空选shame

那个，我填空不好，也许解得不对啊。。。。

简化这句话得到
Unlike the problems in recent financial scandals,issues not （pertain) to (i) ______ transactions designed to (ii) ______ corporate malfeasance.

第一空修饰transactions，因为 unlike 和 not 对应，金融丑闻对应的应该是贬义词只有A是“虚假的”可以选
第二空虚假的交易用来____公司的渎职，这个动词的特性属于“虚假的交易”，所以也是贬义。

pertain to unwieldy accounting rulesthat are open to widely divergent interpretationsnot pertain to (i) ______ transactions designed to (ii) ______ corporate malfeasance.不像最近的金融丑闻的问题，监管部门提出的问题在这个情况下很大程度属于（不灵活的向大众公开的广泛分歧的）会计规则，而不是属于（设计用来掩盖公司的渎职的）虚假交易。
其实，就像冒号后的两个分句，是一一对应的。
