新版的GRE我看不懂 如果换算下来有老版的600/790 4.5以上 top20没问题， top5慎重 （GPA稍低）.

I am actually from Electrical and Computer Engineering with my internships on computer vision. Have been thinking to pursue machine learning and computer vision in CS department. For some universities, both CS and EE departments have machine learning and computer vision. In this case, which department should I apply for? (which one increases my chance of offer?) Thanks a lot.
