关于TAMU的deadline求问

我看见了下方的时间牌子的deadline是12.1号，

但是，在院主页里面，有这句话

The deadline for applications for fall semester admissions is January 15. We award fellowships and assistantships on a rolling basis thereafter, which generally means we can inform you of our decision within a few weeks of this date. Likewise, the deadline for applications for spring semester admissions is August 15. All decisions for fall semester admissions will be made by May 31 and for spring semester admissions by November 30.

All accepted applicants will be given full consideration for financial support, including both research and teaching assistantships as well as fellowships. Applicants will be informed of their admission and support status within roughly two months following the recommended submission deadlines described above. Selected domestic students will also be invited to visit the department at that time.
