Society should identify those children who have special talents and provide training for them at an early age to develop their talents.
The importance of a society to identify children who have special talents can help them better to recognize themselves and built a system of self-worth, that could let them contribute in an apposite job to exert their best performance. Yet if children have got training at an early age to develop their talents, their rights of enjoying the happiness of childhood would be deprived, hence the children who have special talents might have not time to share happiness with their friends and do sports on the playground as a consequential, they could have a abnormal undergoing growth both physically and psychologically. So we need to find a better way to training these talent children and let them have a memorable childhood simultaneously, so that society could towards the way of efficiency and harmony.
Some talents must be cultivated at an early stage to be full developed. The children should be identified at an early age, if they spent all day having class with normal students, that would cause a kind of wasting of human resource, to avoid that case, what we should do is modify our way of teaching to suit the special requirements of them, separating them from the group of normal students, teaching them a more rationally pedagogic course, especially contrapose their talent aspect, so that we can not only make our educational resource be practiced in a way of the most efficiency, and also help the students better play to their talents, let them recognized what their self-value truly is. After the time they graduate, they will exert their best performance in their fields with their talents which have got well trained at an early age, they can help to impetus the progress of a society more efficiency, because they can perform better than those who don’t have such a talent in a same occupation.

However, in order to suit the special requirements of the children who have special talents we should not just simply adopt a special pedagogic way to teach them, they may regard our special way of teaching as an uneven approach compare to the group of normal students, after all they are very few people than the normal, that kind of thoughts may cause negative effects on their mental growth, especially in an early age of them, other normal children may regard them as heterogeneous, make the talents children can’t get into group of others, so they can’t learn how to share with others and how to cooperate with others, or even they don’t have time to have fun. So that will lead a sever problem, if things continue in this way, the negative effect on psychology of the special group of children will ever-stiffer with their physical growth. At the time they need to get into our society, and what shall we receive, a group with genius talent but have severe mental problem or psychic toll which could make them have a great tendency of extremely when they are facing problem, they are just like some efficiency but unstable machines, the menace from them to our society will be much more than they can contribute to our society. If the consequence is that, we would rather let them study with the normal students, the losses of human resource will much lower than the menace caused by who was trained specially at an early age.
There is a better way to solve the problem which is training these talent children and by the mean time, give them apposite psychological intervention, help them built a correct view of life, and teach them how to share happiness with others and what is friendship, let them possess a grateful heart to reward our society.
