题目：政府应该把教育经费投入在大学教育还是儿童教育上。
提纲：
1.First,it is widely known that the predominant researches and technical findings  developed by universities is the result of high cost.
2. College students are now facing more pressure from many aspects,compared with young children,causing a lot of problems both socially and mentally.Therefore more money should be spent on education of university to help those students.
3.Further,education of university is more profitable than that of young children.

Education is a critical event for the growth of each individual.Students acquire variety of knowledge,from basic social principles to complex terminologies,for nearly 20 years.Some people think not that many students can go to university for further study,so it's more important to spend more money on education for young children,which is an ideal way to share social well-being.But I don't hold the same opinion and my supporting points are as follow.
     First,it is widely known that the predominant researches and technical findings  developed by universities is the result of high cost.In order to equip its students to easy access to scientific facilities,a university has to collect more money from government.It is no wander why Harvard creates tons of new techniques every year-its administrator staff has collected millions of dollars from governors yearly.Hence a financial investigation from the government is essential for the innovation of universities.
     College students are now facing more pressure from many aspects,compared with young children,causing a lot of problems both socially and mentally.Therefore more money should be spent on education of university to help those students.An illustrating example is that peer pressure is more serious as the increasing number of college students.Students may be disoriented about how to build up a good social network,or be competitive in an recruitment.On the other hand,the deficiency of professional guiders or career planners cannot solve the problem efficiently. In order to employ more experts to teach the students how to deal with difficulties,the government should support universities financially.
      Further,education of university is more profitable than that of young children.Many universities now are trying to cooperate with certain departures of  worldwide 500 fortune companies,leading to the combination of scientific research and commercial utility.It tends out to be successful with the growing outputs and income.Taking care of the market profits produced by education of university,  it's apparently to select education of university as the right one to investigate.
     Education of young children seemingly has more sociable influence,but education of university is more necessary,considering its innovation demand,problems unsolved and economic effects.More money should be paid for universities.
