大家有没有在con-offer转正的时候收到这样的邮件？

To facilitate your smooth enrolment in late August, as a gentle reminder, please make sure that your official academic records listed below are received by CityU as soon as they are available and well before your arrival in Hong Kong:  

·         Original transcript showing final grades and graduation should be forwarded directly by your college/university, in a sealed envelope with an authorized signature and official seal across the back flap.

·         For GCE O-level, an officially certified copy of the examination results should be forwarded directly by your school/college in a sealed school envelope with an authorized signature and official seal across the back flap.

一定要在去之前把原件寄过去吗？ 因为原件只有一份。。。再跟学校申请的话各种麻烦（>﹏<）能不能到了之后再直接把原件拿过去验证？
