7月22日面签后AP至今，祈祷尽快issued

7月22日面签，签证官明确的用中文告诉我：“你通过了”。当时很开心，回到家里状态一直是ready，之后就听说签证系统崩溃。
星期六一早查到状态变成administrative processing，更新日期为7月22日，随后就一直没有更新了。也不能确定是被check还是系统问题导致。上海这边是不能通过邮件咨询签证状态的，只能网页提交咨询，回复如下。也不知道里面说的"we have completed adjudication of your visa application”是不是确实如此，还是只是模板。如果真的被check，恐怕项目就要换人了。真着急。

Dear Applicant,

The Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs is currently experiencing technical problems with our visa system which are affecting operations globally.   We recognize that this may cause inconvenience to travelers, and apologize for the delay.

Although we have completed adjudication of your visa application, we are unable to take final action on the visa at this time. We hope to have our system fully operational again soon, but currently we do not have a timeline for when this may happen.  If you have travel planned in the near future, we would suggest adjusting your travel arrangements accordingly.  

Again, we recognize and regret the inconvenience this may cause.  If you would like your passport returned to you (without the visa) please let us know and we will return it for later issuance.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter.

看到不少这几天签出的，但都是北京的，是不是北京比其他城市要快些呢？

奇怪的，之前在线查护照状态或是邮件查护照状态都是一样的，“Your passport is still with post.”
刚刚去邮件查的时候居然变成“There is no status update available for the passport number submitted.”，但在线查还是老样子。
这是什么情况？
不够看来邮件和在线的状态至少是不完全同步的。

一定会的，我也是和你一样心焦啊！当时也是告知通过了，还挺高兴的，到周六早上就变成了AP，不知道怎么回事，真是郁闷！

美国的签证果然糟心，以前签过申根和其他的，感觉资料全了就没有什么可担心的。相比之下，美国的太不靠谱了。
网上的状态查询怕是连申通快递做的都不如。

早上收到一封这样的邮件，看起来不是回复，而是个通知。看来美国签证系统还是没有完全恢复：
Dear Applicant,

The U.S. Department of State is currently experiencing technical problems with its visa system which are affecting operations globally. This issue is worldwide and is not specific to any particular country or visa category. We recognize and deeply regret the inconvenience to travelers. We will return your passport as soon as we are able to complete processing, but are currently unable to predict how long the delay will be.
If you would like your passport returned to you without the U.S. visa, please contact support-china@ustraveldocs.com with your name and passport number, and we will return it to you. You can later contact support-china@ustraveldocs.com for information on how to return your passport to the Embassy/Consulate to continue visa processing.
If you have an urgent need to travel to the United States, please contact support-china@ustraveldocs.com your name, passport number, and nature of your emergency. Please understand that only true emergencies of an extraordinary humanitarian nature can be considered for exceptional handling.
