I agree with the claim that all parents should be required to volunteer time to their children’s schools because parents can realize more information of their children and school, while children can learn from their parents while they are working together.
First of all, from the perspective of parents, they can know more information of their children and school during their volunteer time. If parents volunteer their time in school, they can realize how their kids behave in the school, so that they will know the kids’ good or bad habits immediately and come up with methods to improve the kids. 举例:及时发现孩子的多动症、自闭症等What is more, parents can also learn more information about the school, such as how the teacher is guiding the children, how the children’s living conditions is in the school, which can help them give more suggestions to better the school.
Secondly, children can learn a lot from doing volunteer work with their parents. If children can do volunteer work with their parents in school, they will spend more time with their parents learning how to cooperate with their or their classmates’ parents. During this time, parents and children can communicate with each other, learn from each other and try to handle some problems together, which can not only exert profound influence on children’s growth but also is a good memory cherished in their whole life, making the relationship between parents and children more close, bridging the generation gap. One of the experience still remains fresh in my mind. 举例:自己小时候的经历。One of the experience still remains fresh in my mind….
While some people may argue that some parents may be too busy to devout their time to the school’s volunteer work, I insist the claim is hold true because some regulations may help to solve the problem. For example, the schools can allow parents to volunteer in school at any working time rather than limit the time into one or two special days and require every child’s parents to volunteer a specific number of hours per term.

这里的challenge应该是 parents may have a tight schedule to join the activities at specific time
如果说太忙没时间的话 调整政策也没用
另外 除了可以灵活安排时间外 也可以允许家长通过网络来参与一些教学活动 或者文书处理工作 这样也是一种弹性安排
