这两天抱着试试态度联系各个学校教授。。 10分钟内就收到了这个教授回复。。   
我觉着能从一方面显示加拿大经济形式吧 哈哈哈哈。     想来加拿大的同学好好思考下吧 哈哈哈。

Unfortunately, due to severe cuts in my research funding, and also overly heavy commitments to current students and projects, I am not recruiting any new graduate students (M.Eng. or Ph.D.), research assistants, or postdocs, with or without financial support. This difficult situation is expected to continue for at least the next 3-6 years.

Thus, despite your academic and professional achievements, I am obliged to reply negatively to your e-mail. I am sorry, but this is my final answer.

At the moment, I am also not directly aware of any colleagues who are actively looking to recruit graduate students with your background. Again, I am sorry.

I wish you success in your other efforts to undertake graduate studies in Canada or elsewhere.
