申的是uOttawa的16Winter，收到邮件内容如下：
Dear applicant,

It is my pleasure to inform you that the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Ottawa has recommended your acceptance to the Master (by courses) program in Environmental Engineering for the winter 2016 semester as a full-time student.  No financial support will be provided.

(1)   In addition to the required graduate courses the applicant will have to take and sucessfully complete the following two courses:
CHG 2312 Fluid Flow or CVG 2116 Introduction to Fluid Mechanics
CVG 3132 Physical/Chemical Unit Operations of Water and Wastewater Treatment

Please note that this is not an offer of admission. As soon as our Academic Administrator approves your acceptance, you will receive an official “Certificate of admission”.

算是录取么？之前15Fall申的都是Masc基本全军覆灭，要么一把拒信，要么到现在还在审理中:mad:这个还是6月底赶在deadline前一小时递交的申请。。。
