出生证明必须由安省相关机构来翻译公证？

各位，小弟准备申请pnp，今天把申请guide仔细研究了一下，上面有一段话

If a supporting document is not in English or French, the applicant must provide a copy of the document and a complete, certified translation of the document.

If the applicant is applying from within Ontario, the translations must be completed by a certified translator accredited by the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO).

这么说，我们的出生证明是不是必须由Ontario当地的授权机构进行公正？。。。我的公正是有国内公安机关做的，也是英文。本来我是想用这个的复印件直接申请pnp的，却突然看到以上这段话，觉得心里没底。。各位都是怎么处理这个问题的？谢谢！！
