For this reason the translation must
1) be undertaken by one of the following:
• The institution which issued the original document (e.g. a translation of the transcript directly from the
university
• A qualified, authorised professional translator
and
2) contain all of the following:
• A copy of the original document which is attached by the professional translator (not by you) to the
translator’s translation
• An exact and complete translation of the document in the original, including all reference numbers,
mention of stamps, seals and signatures
• A confirmation in English or German that this is a faithful translation, with the name and signature of the translator

最后一句的意思是所有的翻译必须还要找人公证吗？
高中毕业证明和大学成绩单 自己翻译之后让学校盖章可以吗

应该学校档案馆的翻译件也是可以的，话说楼主，ETH是不是要求要有保研资格啊

For completed programmes: a certified copy of your academic degree(s) (e.g. Bachelor Diploma)
that conform(s) to the specified standards
For programmes still in progress: an enrolment confirmation by your home university stating the duration of study and the title of the expected degree (title in the original language

对了，请问我的高中毕业证是一本像护照一样的小本子，翻译的时候，是只要翻译一张纸吗

我之前问过公证的，说是把你的入学和毕业时间的那页翻译公证了就好了，其他乱七八糟的不用

想请问下楼主关于这个Matriculation certificate是只能提交高中毕业证公正的意思吗？
Matriculation certificate/ upper secondary school-leaving certificate
A certified translation of the matriculation certificate (e.g. the senior middle school graduation certificate/
gaozhong) must be submitted. If the matriculation certificate was originally issued in German, French, English or
Italian a non-certified copy is sufficient.
