瑞典居留卡办理常见疑问（个人整理版）

申请地点
上海、江苏、安徽和浙江居民应向瑞典驻上海总领事馆提交申请。

所有其他省份居民应向 瑞典驻北京大使馆提交申请。

香港、澳门和台湾居民应向瑞典驻香港总领事馆提交申请。

蒙古：如果您居住在蒙古，则应向瑞典驻北京大使馆提交申请。

All citizens may apply at the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing.

Residents of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui and Zhejiang have the option to apply at the Consulate General of Sweden in Shanghai. Residents of other provinces may not apply at the Consulate General.

Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should apply at the Consulate General of Sweden in Hong Kong. Residents of Mongolia should apply at the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing.

居留卡办理流程：准备材料——>递交申请（18岁以下纸质，18岁以上网申）——>生物信息获取（可在Pending时进行；免签同学可在获取decision后到瑞典再办理生物信息获取手续）——>领取居留卡（需本人，北京新规可以代领，需写委托书，其它领馆仍需本人）

1.        签证要多久才能下来？
这个没有规定时常。移民局给出答案一般是1-2个月，补交材料甚至会更久。申请进度因个人case不同而不同，请不要惊慌，安心等待即可。

2.        流水还是存款证明好？一年还是两年？要不要冻结？活期还是定期？
领馆网站写的是北京领馆流水，上海和香港均是存款证明。个人认为存款证明和流水均可问题不大。至于金额,留学1年的同学准备10个月的，2年同学准备20个月的，每个月按7974 SEK计算，即一年79740 SEK。注意，北京领馆官网上明确写了不接受定期存款证明，所以大家自己衡量一下，活期和流水这两个选项比较保险。流水打印一般无英语，翻译可找公证处，也有申请的同学自己翻译的也通过了。

移民局对于金额的答复：

Dear Katharina,

Thank you for your e-mail.

If you intend to study for one year or more you must show that you can support yourself for 10 months per year. For applications submitted to the Migration Agency on 1 January 2016 or later the support requirement is a minimum of SEK 7,974 per month.
  
You must show that you have funds for during the period for which you are applying for. You must show that you have your support secured by means of verification of your own bank assets, a scholarship or similar means of support, such as a study grant from your home country.

Your own bank assets are money in an account that belongs to you and from which only you and, if any, your spouse can withdraw money. It cannot be considered as your own assets if you share the account with, for example, your parents or a relative. Nor does the Migration Agency accept that a sponsor (such as a relative or a company) covers your support while you are in Sweden, unless the funds are deposited into your own account.

3.        去哪个领馆办理生物信息获取手续（指纹、拍照）？什么时候去？
一般是归哪个领馆管就去哪个领馆。但是也有同学反映按指纹的领馆是根据网申时填的领馆，也有人以第二种方式办好了。注意，三个领馆里面香港领馆是不接受大陆居民办理的，只受理港澳台居民。办理生物信息获取在申请3天后即可进行，即使你的case还在pending。

4.        如何办理签证？
满18岁可进行网申，未满18岁需要到领馆递交纸质申请，网申会比纸质申请更快到达移民局。申请方式详见移民局官网：https://www.migrationsverket.se/ ... e/How-to-apply.html

5.        如何查询居留卡审核进度？
请上移民局Check your application一栏查询，申请号是申请回执右上角的号码，即通常所说的control number，或邮箱也会收到邮件。查询有两种方法，一个是without login, 纸质申请请选case number，网申请选check number。另一个是with login, 登录账号密码是申请递交24-48小时邮箱收到的账号密码设置链接设置的账号密码。

6.        我可以免签进入瑞典，是否还需要去领馆办理指纹录取和拍照等生物信息获取？
在网申获得移民局的decision后可以直接进入瑞典，到达瑞典当地移民局再办理生物信息手续和居留卡。

7.        居留卡时长是多久的？什么时候开始？
秋季入学的话，一般居留卡是8.1开始的，无论你读2年还是1年，居留卡只发1年的。

8.        网申的时候信用卡无法付款成功OR无法以log in方式查询申请进度，如何解决？
请换网络或翻墙尝试，不行请用手机登录付款。
