Founded in 2009, WIM Asset Management (HK) Ltd. (the “Company”) is a boutique hedge fund manager focusing on equity investment in Greater China. The Company is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission to provide professional investors with asset management services in Hong Kong. Currently, the total asset under management by the Company is around 1 billion USD. The Company is now looking for a full-time Operation Officer with direct reporting line to the Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will have competitive remuneration package and opportunities to work with industry veterans.
Position: Operation Officer/Associate
Location: Hong Kong
Duties:
Ø  Conduct daily trade reconciliation, rectification, settlement and booking;
Ø  Handle corporate actions;
    Prepare daily NAV report;
Ø  Open various accounts for fund operations;
Ø  Assist in launching new funds;
Ø  Coordinate and liaise with front office colleagues as well as external counterparties such as prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators, execution brokers and other service providers;
Ø  Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
Ø  Full time BBA degree or above with good academic results in numerical-related courses (e.g., Mathematics, Management Science);
Ø  Solid knowledge in Excel, especially the use of various formulas;
Ø  Fast-learner with strong self-motivation and commitment;
Ø  Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility;
    Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must;
    Previous experience with asset management firms, brokers, fund administrators or accounting firms is preferred, but fresh graduates will also be considered;
 Ø HK permanent resident will have an advantage (visa regulation requirement); Also welcome IANG
