网上WORK PERMIT如何申请呢

接到通知如下：
Please apply for the work permit online: http://www.cic.gc.ca/  for your LMIA exempt work permit as a postdoctoral fellow (please do not apply for an open work permit or any other work permit, only the LMIA exempt one). In your application, you must provide the offer of employment number that proves that Western applied in the CIC employer portal and paid for the employer compliance fee.
但是网上通过GCkey进去只有foreign WORKER和 OPEN work permit, 没有LMIA exempt work permit选项啊
