申请德国大学材料如何被使领馆认证？

Document translations completed outside of Germany will only be recognized if:

they are certified by a German embassy or consulate with the following attest of authenticity: "Gesehen in der Botschaft (im Konsulat) der Bundesrepublik Deutsch..." ("Viewed in the embassy (consulate) of the Federal Republic of Germany...")
they are certified in the country of origin with an apostille stamp by a notary public.


这个。。。我在大使馆官网上没有查找到。。。请问这个该如何认证？？？
