Key Responsibilities:
1.To sell the targeted quantity of overseas and UK investment property.
2.To manage written and verbal communication with customers.
3.To organise and keep client phone and face-to-face meetings
4.To qualify leads with aim of generating sales and hitting sales targets
5.To maintain good relationships with clients with the aim of generating repeat business and referral business.
6.To provide a first rate customer experience, meeting and surpassing the expectations of customers.
7.To maintain CRM system, updating customer records throughout all communication.
8.To ensure reservation payments are received promptly.
Role requirements:
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and possesses a strong desire to succeed. They are able to work to given targets. They will be highly motivated and committed with enthusiasm to achieve overall company goals and in turn achieve high levels of personal development. They will demonstrate strong initiative to provide relevant information to clients and manage their daily activity to maximise their output. Equal emphasis is placed on telephone sales as well as face-to-face sales so experience of both is highly desirable. There is also the requirement to be able to establish and manage relationships with other real estate agents as a source of additional business.
Qualifications: University Degree or equivalent. Strong grades in Maths and English. Fluency in English and Mandarin
Experience: A minimum of two years experience in a similar sales role is essential. Experience in sales of international properties preferred.
Communication: Possesses excellent communication and listening skills. Able to communicate information verbally in a clear and concise manner. Can build relationships quickly with both customers and colleagues.
Professionalism and Commitment: Can conduct oneself in a professional manner and can demonstrate a strong commitment ethic.
Workload Management and Approach: Possesses excellent time management and is able to prioritise workload and maintain own sales pipeline. A quick learner who can work under his or her own initiative. Enjoys the responsibility and benefits of working in a fast-paced team environment.
