Assistant to Administrative Director  行政總監助理
Job Descriptions:
To Director:
        Provide full secretarial and assistance to Administrative Director independently
        Track actions/tasks, prompted when due and alerted where further action was required
        Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, memos and comprehensive reports analyze to the director and the team

Office Administration:

        Coordinate company activities
        Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs and Oversaw office administration function to ensure the operational efficiency of office
        Assist Director to reviewed, formulated and implemented office policy and procedure
        Supervise administrative team to support office operations
        Coordinate with the senior management team, internal and external partners
        Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:
        Degree holder or above
        At least 2 years working experience, Assistant to senior director/chairman experience is highly preferred
        Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills skill
        Proficient in Chinese typing is a must
        Mature, Team spirit, Proactive, passionate, energetic and fast paced
        Responsible, well organized and detail minded;
        Handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently under pressure
        Excellent command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
        Strong leadership skill in an advantage
        Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Administrative Officer行政主任
Responsibilities:
        Provide administrative support including data entry, filing and record maintenance
        Provide administrative support to the team, including medical, insurance and other related documentations
        Prepare meeting minutes, memos and comprehensive reports to the managers and the team
        Assist in company event planning & organizing
        Organize and assist company activities and events
        Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
        High Diploma or above in Administration Management or relevant discipline
        At least 1-2 years' of relevant working experience
        Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin also required
        Proficient in Chinese typing is a must
        Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
        Strong leadership skill in an advantage
        Detail minded, able to work independently and under pressure
        Responsible, hardworking, mature, able to multi-task
        Good communication and inter-personal skills
        Immediate available is an advantage

Administrative & HR Officer 行政人事主任

Responsibilities:
        Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including job positing, screening, interview, employment contract, on-board arrangement and Orientation
        Liaise with different service providers and internal staff
        Assist in performance reviewing, annual salary adjustment, budget planning, remuneration & benefits implement and regular HR reports preparation
        Manage the leave arrangement, company policy, operation procedures and employee engagement.
        Maintain and execute an efficient administrative & HR system
        Provide administrative support to the team, including medical, insurance and other related documentations
        Organize and assist company activities and events if necessary
        Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:
        High Diploma or above in Human Resources & Administration Management or relevant discipline
        Minimum 3 years solid human resource experiences in related field
        Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin also required
        Well understanding in recruitment tools, HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations is a plus
        Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
        Proficient in reports analyze
        Detail minded, able to work independently and under pressure
        Mature and willing to learn
        Good communication and inter-personal skills
        Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task and meet tight schedule
        Less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
        Immediate available is an absolute advantage

Business Development Officer 拓展主任

Responsibilities:

        Explore, evaluate and manage new business opportunities and development, and conducting market research and preparing business plans and other documents
        Analyze market research and prepare survey reports for the new development projects
        Prepare meeting minutes, memos and comprehensive reports to the managers and the team
        Ensuring organizational effectiveness by liaising with different internal business units and external service providers
        Monitor and follow-up the progress of different projects
        Keep abreast of the economic situation, market trend and latest policy changes in the industry
        Coordinating with the senior management team to implement organizational strategies, policies and practices
        Assist in ad hoc corporate projects as assigned

Requirements:

        University graduate, preferably in related fields
        Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
        Proficient in Microsoft Office
        Attention to detail with good knowledge of project documentation
        Able to work under pressure & independently
        Good communication and problem solving skills
        IANG holders are also welcomed

IT Support Technician/Specialist 24H 24小時技術支援工程師

Responsibilities:
        Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services
        Monitor, maintain, and perform regular test on IT equipment and server
        Responsible for network equipment installation and configuration
        Assist in managing hardware and software inventories
        Perform system administration and management
        Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

Requirements:
        Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above; Who have professional working experience for 5 years or above can be exempted from academic requirements
        Prefer to have 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
        Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
        Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
        Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure
        Self-motivated, quick response , strong problem solving and analytical skills
        Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/MCSE is an advantage
        Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
        Immediate available is highly preferred
        24/7 shift duty is required (12 hours per day, 3~4 working days per week)
