关于NY Bar Foreign Evaluation的问题想请教各位前辈!

"Is the jurisprudence in the country where you attended law school based on the principles of the English Common Law?"

请问各位前辈，国内法本这个问题应该选YES 还是 NO 呢？

（因为看到NY Bar的报名要求里有一条 “Substantial Equivalence (520.3[b] [1] [i] [b]). The foreign country’s jurisprudence must be based upon the principles of the English Common Law, and the "program and course of law study" successfully completed by the applicant must be the “substantial” equivalent of the legal education provided by an ABA-approved law school in the United States.” 所以不太敢选）
