不听，说已经决定了。

be sure to apply for your  visa for a second time.
i had a much terrible experience that you had. My offer only covers half of all the tuition and expenses here. My program advisor wrote a letter to VO, and i brought the letter with me for the second visa application. You know what? i got visa.
be sincere and confident, it's important.
sometimes, who interview is also important. i don't think YYMM could issue visa to me, she is so cynical and  so arrogent, which is understandable for she is from Taiwan. Ben gave me visa and he is such a gentlemen.
