With the democratic concept rooting in the public, people ask the political leader to tell the truth all the time. As the real master of society, the public has the right to know the real information. However, in fact it is impossible for an effective political leader to tell the truth all the time.
In some timesometimes, it is necessary to hide the truth to the public for political leasersleaders. (The flowingfollowing takes the national political leader as an example.) Some truth is related to the security of the nation. For example, the truth of the distributingdistribution of armies and the equipment of those are the top secret of a nation, which must be prevented against the public. If 主语呢tell such truth to the public, that vital information may also be managed by the enemy or potential enemy, which is so dangerous that the nation has no defense when the war breaks out, because total information has exposed to enemies. On the other hand, some truth is about the core technology. Take the nuclear technology for instance. It is beneficial to society when it is used to produce electricity, or tofor medical care. But it iswould be a disaster when such technology is revealed to the public and makemastered by the terrorists managing this technology 删掉to make nuclear bomb, of which the consequence cannot be evaluated删掉. Another case is the political leader has to hold some unsure information about events. Before the truth is investigated out, any unsure information, in some time,用了很多次,换词或者删掉 may cause big panic among the public. To avoid the unnecessary chaos, the political leader should not tell the truthin some cases.
Since in some time, political leaders lie to the public, the normal standard of judging complete honesty has no use. When a political leader is elected out, he or she is not a normal person any more. In his or her work time, even some private time, his or her action represents the public, not himself or herself. There are always challenges to society from the outer, sometimes from the inner groups. Political leaders must defend the benefit of society. No matter those challenges are on purpose or not, the political leaders must face them and try their best to protectmake sure the society developing steadily. So they must take some measures to deal with challenges, some of which, withby the normal standard to judge a person删掉, are not honest. However, they indeed do very great things to benefit the society, even though some measures are not honest, which proves that the normal standard to judge whether they指代不明 are honest is not suitable for the political leaders.
What is their moral standard? According to the special character of political leader, to judge whether they are honest depends on whether their measures are beneficial to society, safe and developing改成society's safety and development. After that premise is assured, political leader must tell the truth to the public. That is a practical standard, because it not only protects society safe and developing改, which is political leader’s responsibility, but also suits for democratic policy. Of course, as a person, when political leaders do not face political events, for example, when they are staying with their family members, complete honesty is a necessary quality of them. It means that when political leaders are separated from the character as political leader, they also should obey the complete honest standard.
Because political leader is not a common person any more, complete honesty of the normal standard is not suitable for judging political leader. They have their own standard.
用词不当,而且很重复,句子也不太通顺,看的很费劲,第二三段写的有点重复,第一段还行,结尾写的不好,再仔细斟酌一下. |
