4)     具有较强学习与沟通能力，工作细心、主动、负责

5)     具有相关研究经历或能够长期工作者优先

6)     商科硕士或者博士生（本科大四已经保研有充足时间者亦可）优先

7)     能够长期工作者（>6个月）优先

Dr. Xiang Li, a graduate of Boston College Carroll School of Management with a specialization in Finance, is set to join the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in 2024 as an Assistant Professor. His primary research interests encompass Corporate Finance, Banking Behavior, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (https://sites.google.com/view/lixiang).

The research team is currently seeking Part-time Research Assistants. Our anticipated research focus areasinclude Corporate Finance, Household Finance and Banking, among others. [This recruitment notice is valid for an extended period].

Key Responsibilities

1)      Stay updated on academic developments and literature review.

2)      Perform data cleaning, processing, and regression analysis.

3)      Organize and manage textual data and other research-related tasks.

4)      Commit to a minimum of 20 hours of remote work per week.

5)      Engage in regular remote online discussions and reporting.

Basic Requirements

1)      Proficient in using Stata software and possess a basic understanding of econometrics.

2)      Keep abreast of research and news trends in the financial field,with the ability to search and read international academic and news sources.

3)      Excel in utilizing Google and academic search engines for scholarly research.

4)      Demonstrate strong learning and communication skills, withmeticulous, proactive, and responsible work habits.

5)      Prior research experience or the ability to commit long-term will begiven preference.

6)      Candidates with a Master's or Ph.D. in business area (Undergraduate seniors with secured postgraduate admission and sufficient time are alsoeligible).

7)      Long-term commitment (more than 6 months) is a favorable attribute.
