之前报过了，只是那时没拿到正式的FA.今晚收到Email，文件昨天已fedexed。
是Graduate Fellowship，共57，720，其中stipend为16，500for9个月+3个月RA共7980
感觉钱不少应该够用。

现在还有8所音信全无，其中有本专业巨牛UIUC和我特向往的JHU，估计可能不大，很可能从duke了。

报一下已知结果：
Rejection：Yale，UMN
AD（no aid）：Cornell（从来没套磁，后悔了！）
AD（可能有奖）：NCSU

其实背景不太好，但写出来可以给像我一样的菜鸟们打打气：
本科生，用上次拿mit的chem eng offer的牛mm话来说是3流学校，但自己觉得还行
GPA：87，88左右 T：633+4.0 G:1450+4.5
没有paper，有跟所申方向完全不相关的试验室经历
有比较好的推荐人

还有一点建议：其实不一定要有paper，当然有更好。但是申请其实也是讲诚信的，你说的话别人没有理由不信。当然你一个劲说自己好那就太虚了，但不防把你会的东西在简历里写出来，譬如说你懂得什么实验方法可以列出来。还有譬如你申请某个方向，那其中一定有什么巨牛的人，你读过他们的什么书，你也可以写出来，这样至少让教授觉得你是真正对这个专业有热情，而不是来混的。

东大无线电系本科小虾。今天查University of Cincinnati的status，发现已经录取了，并且提供了financial aid，还不知道有多少钱。Decision Letter于13号已经寄出了，慢慢等吧。

今天我终于收到正式的offer letter了。fellowship+21000/10month+summer RA 5000+tuition waiver.学校是rutgers,专业是：Oceanography.bless you all and offers will come to you all!

今天上午收到的电子邮件
Congratulations, the Department of Mathematics and Statistics is pleased to accept you into our PhD of Statistics program and to offer you a Teaching Assistantship.  The offer letter is enclosed as an attachment and an official copy will follow in the mail.  We are asking that you seriously consider our offer and if possible we would like to have your answer as to whether or not you will attend by March 27.  We have a long list of students waiting for TA's and if you are not going to use this one we can offer to the next in line.  Please contact me immediately if you have any questions.

With the TA support you will not need to provide any more financial information to International Admissions.  Please respond quickly as we will need to get an I-20 done for you so that you can begin the visa process.  We will expect you to be in Albuquerque and begin your contract on August 14, 2006.

这个学校的统计好象还不错,不过对这个学校和城市不是很了解,有了解的人能不能介绍一下啊,我手上还有其他一个学校的fellowship,不知道取舍啊.

这个学校的AD发的还真是多，我估计给钱的希望是不大了。

没有正式通知，只是一个International Office 里的人做我的I-20时候告诉我还缺一些什么东西。  ME, Master, Fall 06,

这个学校感觉怎么样？ 听听各位的建议……

        I am delighted to inform you that you have been accepted into the graduate program at the Department of Physics at the University of Missouri-Columbia with financial assistance in the form of a Teaching Assistantship (TA) for 2006-07.  Last semester the TA income was at the rate of $12,020 for nine academic months.  We expect a modest raise for future years to which you will be eligible. With this offer the University waives tuition fees for students as long as they maintain a grade point average of 3.0 (B) or higher.  As a new graduate student, you are required to enroll for a minimum of nine hours.  The current costs are $108.03 for Student activities, $55 for student health, and $63 for instructional computing.
         
        During summer, several fellowships of the order of $3000 are available. You may also be able to work in the research laboratory of a professor as a research assistant. 刚收到email，说第一批offer3月14日fedex已经寄出。TA＋RA＋学费，TA是17500， 10个月，夏季是RA，数额不详。在连着7封据信后，终于有了一个offer。祝大家也都早日拿到offer。

好久没有查网申状态了，今天查了一下Cincinnati的ececs，发现如下信息。
Admission Decision： Offered Admission
Financial Aid： Offered
Decision letter Sent Date： 13-MAR-2006

奇怪的是这个学校我最近发了两次信，一封没回，也没给我发email通知offer啊。有没有申请这个专业的朋友，如果状态和我一样，收到email通知了吗？

昨天收到UT-Austin的据信（email),还发了两次给我，郁闷。今天收到UMinnesota的offer(email),估计这是最后一个offer了，很可能会从了它了。
