We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people. In your opinion, what are some important characteristics of a co-worker (someone you work closely with)? Use reasons and specific examples to explain why these characteristics are important.

1，希望大家贴一篇自己的作文，改一篇别人的作文。互相提高，具体在楼上的回帖里说了。

2，希望大家主动回拍改了自己作文的同学的文章，拍别人作文的同学请在改后留下自己作文的连接或者楼层。礼尚往来，互帮互助。同主题刚开始时有同学说道：“拍我者我必回拍！！”何等地激情与丈义！复习了这么久，可能好多同学都产生了疲惫消退了激情而却不自知。我们现在需要再度兴奋起来，从说出这句话开始！

又超时了。。。 最主要是我第三条理由想也想不出来，这类作文思路就是开拓不出来，而且我自己才是个大一学生没有工作经验。。。。每次中文可以说很多很多理由，一用英语就开始没词了，都是小儿科理由一点新意也没！~谁能帮我想想怎么在考场上能想出很多理由

When checking the track in the rearview mirror, it is not hard to find out that a good colleague mostly affect your work directly. As a student who will work in the future, learning to select an appropriate co-worker is fairly important. If it is up to me, I will choose a partner who will have the following characteristics.

Firstly, it is universally acknowledged that a good co-worker should possess a diligent trait because a good motivation of work of you is closely dependant on the environment around you. Try to imagine how terrible it is when there is a person accompanied you who always tells you about the weekend plan as well as grumbles to the boss frequently. Tempting as such things like that, they will weaken your ambitions. Contrarily, those who work hard will lead to a stimulation of your work.

Secondly, what is also worth noticing is, what many people pursue, the zeal of your colleague. For instance, although a college student, I deeply remember the one who give me a hand in my trouble when I was puzzled by a problem. And I reserve these memories as the sweet honey in my “memory pot”. Similarly, in my work I do not endure to be ignored. The friendship will be improved and the problems will be easily handled by means of the help with each other.

Last but not least, the communication is also the vital characteristics that should be listed. No one can bear the dull and boring atmosphere in the office, especially has a co-worker without any words. Mostly believable is that the achievement is closely relative to the cooperation, and the cooperation benefits from the communication. Only when you two have shared the perspective ideas can you know the other well. Consequently, despite diligent, the co-worker also know how to communicating.

Because of the reason listed above, it is not difficult for me to summarize all that diligence, zeal and communication is the most important trait a co-worker should have.

Since it is  impossible to  achieve a complex project by oneself .The cooperation has become  an essential and indispensable part of our lives .The time we spend with the co-works may be more than those with our family. So there is nothing more bothersome  than working with a bad co-worker. Faced the definition of a good co-worker, through my own experiences ,I find a good co-worker has the following characteristics in common .

First of all , a good co-worker is tolerant . Holding the mind that everyone will unavoidably makes mistakes sometimes , a good co-worker is always tolerant to others’ fault . Faced the mess caused by a new worker without experience , a good co-worker would be patient to explain to him how to avoid the same problem next time and comfort him to release him form the disappointment rather than get angry and blame him . The one who is tolerant to others is always welcome by others .

Another characteristic of a good co-worker is being helpful. During working , every one will confront some puzzles sometimes , at this time a good co-worker will put down his own work to help you figure out the problem . On the other hand , those who only take care about their own tasks without the willing to help others can definitely not be a good co-worker .

Besides the two characteristics mentioned above , I also believe a good co-worker is an optimist . As the psychologists discovered , one person’s mood can influence  others’ attitude  who work with him . Hearing the complains all day long , how we can concentrate on our work and make good efficiency. While, encouraged by an optimist , we will do our work with full of energy . So a good co-worker is the optimist whose loving of job can influence others and ignite their inspirations .

It is no doubt that nobody enjoys working with a co-worker who is too strict , selfish , and pessimistic . So why not try to be a good co-worker from being tolerant , helpful , as well as optimistic .

No one lives in an island along. Nowadays, specialization has been developed so fully that no one can handle a project by himself/herself. S/he needs to enter a team and work with other members. So when I come to a project I need a right person to be my partner. And in my eyes, this one（用he好一些吧） must have the follow characteristics at least.

First and the most important characteristics（单数吧） s/he must have is the wiliness of cooperation. This is definitely important. I can not image（imagine) that my team has a person who wants to work along, does not want to talk to others, and never expresses his/her mind to other team members. As a team member you must first understand that you are a part of the team, you can not do anything without other members. Have understood this, you will know that you have to open up you heart. Only in this way can you reach you target.

Furthermore, wiliness of communication is not enough. A good co-worker should have the ability to communication. For having a good communication, you need to understand others’ opinion and then express your own point clearly. Then, you can find out the differences between your point and others’. Based on this, the team members can have an argument on it and in the end find out which is better. All this processes needs the ability of communication.

The last but not the least characteristic（这样表达感觉有些变扭） is responsibility. One of the shortages of team work is the difficulty of finding out who should response for the fault. Some guys refuse to admit his/her mistakes. And some even duet his/her errors to other person. This act may damage the trust between members. And without trust, team will never be a team. So to be a good co-worker, you should learn to be responsible in advance.

Of course, besides those above, there is a long way to be a good co-worker. But those above, the wiliness and ability of communication and responsibility, are the base(basic) requirement of a good co-worker.

We, humans, are social animals that mean we can not live all by ourselves so in our social life we may meet a lot of people who have different type of characteristics, habits, and opinion in all kinds of things. I think I cannot get along with every person; it has to be a "rule" in my favor of I-want-to-work-closely.

The important thing is honesty. To be frank with everything, do not lie or explain his or her fault with any untrue reason. I'd like to take honesty first because it brings trust. If I work with someone who I do not trust or sometimes I have a little bit doubt on him or her, it will have series of troubles. That may lag our must-done work, and brings me a so huge anxious unsafe mood that I can not do my best as usual. And also, someone who does not trust me will also hold their do-not-trust feeling in their work; they may not ask me to help whether the trouble is a piece of cake to me but to them, a terrible obstacle or even worse. So being honest to each other is the key of being a excellent team.

I take allowance second because it brings peaceful and unhindered cooperation. Sometimes it has a huge gap between me and my partner. It has to be some different opinion in two people's mind. But because of our honesty, because of our trust, we will take allowance to each other, we can take our words slowly and explain our opinion reasonably and that may help us to understand each opinion well. It is very useful that makes me working with someone happily and successfully.

I name two characteristics of a co-worker who I want to work with, and I know I have to take those characteristics in my usual study life, in the future, my long rich and colorful work life.

No one lives in an island along. ( insolently 用island 有点奇怪 ) Nowadays, specialization has been developed so fully that no one can handle a project by himself/herself. S/he needs to enter a team and work with other members. So when I come to a project （ when faced with  a project ） I need a right person to be my partner  ( who has the following characteristics at least  是不是更紧凑一些 ). And in my eyes, this one must have the follow characteristics at least.

First and the most important characteristics （单数） s/he must have is the wiliness （这个词是狡猾的意思，我是用金山才发现的，呵呵 willness）of cooperation. This is definitely important. I can not image that my team has a person who wants to work along, （never want talk to others nor to share his/ her ideas  是不是好一些） does not want to talk to others, and never expresses his/her mind to other team members. As a team member you must first understand that you are a part of the team, you can not do anything without other members. （有点绝对了）Have understood this （having 分词呀）, you will know that you have to open（ open your mind ） up you heart. Only in this way can you reach you target.

So there is nothing more bothersome than working with a bad co-worker. Nowadays, people all work or will work in jobs together with many different kinds of people. Then what are the important characteristics of a good co-worker? Based on my point of view, it is （the）team work spirit, patience and kindness that are necessary for a cooperator.

In the first place, to work with others in a group, one must have team work spirit, which means that he is willing to be devoted (devote) to the team at the cost of his own interests(at the cost of sth.以牺牲某事物为代价，这个要以牺牲兴趣为代价，可能不太合适，因为兴趣是工作的动力嘛). For example, if a group plan to fix a time when they will gather for a discussion, it is quite often that no period of time can be found during which everyone is free. As a result, there has to be someone who gives up his own plan for convenience of others. If not, the discussion will not work effectively.（窃以为这个例子还是有点不太恰当）
Secondly, patience is also needed especially when the whole group comes across some difficulty. Accurately speaking, people who can be patient to the problems they encounter are indispensable to a group in keep their fighting spirit and finally solving the problems. Working with them, others will not worry about the coming trouble.
Last but not least, kindness, which makes one helpful to someone else, （这个插入语别扭）is necessary for an excellent co-worker. A member’s problem is the whole team’s problem. If one fails to get rid of his own trouble, he also cannot put all his spirit into the team work. Therefore, he needs a person who would like to offer help to him so that the problem can be solved more easily and quickly and the group will get down to its business efficiently.

In summary, I consider team work spirit, patience and kindness as three important aspects for a co-worker. Not only are they good characteristics of a person, but also great wealth to the whole team.
