I have tried before, however, i don't see a stronge improvement after trying.
I perfer taking English tests. During the process of preparing for tests, you improve the writing ability quicker.

Once you write an English essay, you'd better find some native speaker to correct it for you. Then you need to re-write the essay. By re-writing and correcting an essay again and again, you can improve quicker.
