today's work :
to induct a hypothesis, though I　know what the hypothesis means, but I must tell others who have no the background about neuroscience when presentation. So it's a hard work ...

it is a different work with the job I did before. bez it is a begin of propose. It have no too much object to research..but there are a lot of prossessing of descending control in the brain

in case that it is leaked too much by this...I will just write some basic molaculor technology that will be used in this project ...

in my curent proposal. the first technology is going to be immunocytochemistry...

as for primary antibody , we must make a list , including the cat# ,the species , if working , prices and so on ..

we also need to look for paper on that people use which antibody ...
