You have been recommended for admission without financial aid. F-1 visa holders require documentation of support. Year 1: send an original current dated bank statement showing U.S. $34,000. Each person whose name appears on the bank statement must sign to avoid processing delays. All funds must be certified within 9 months of your start date. I applied Master Degree concentrating on Networks in Computer Engineering. And just got an offer with $17322 Financial Support. I just know that UCSC is not a bad school, but not sure about its Computer division. Would anyone can tell me about the situation of its CE? Is it Good enough to be enrolled? Thank you guys!

今天收到U of Florida的AD，没想到能被这个学校录取，因为我是学文科的，被录的专业是MA international communication。真的很想去，但是没有奖金，急问我还能再争取奖金么？向谁争取呢？怎么争取呢？谢谢！

申了15所，没想到来两所中两所，今年运气好象很好。
AD from Peter.J Tobin College of Business, St. Johns university
地方还不错，是曼哈顿校区。
被录取专业：Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science（这次比较长，应该还算是精算吧）

刚才到各大BBS上转一圈，发现今天CS 大Offer不少，虽然偶的不咋大，也报出来好了。

偶的背景：
top 20学校硕士，本硕GPA都是85+
T 650+ + 5。0; G 1350+ + 5.0
有较lucky的实习及海外交换经历，还有英文的国际会议paper一作等

另外，UCSB CS录取工作应该还没完
Bless大家在过年期间都有好的或更好的Offer

        The Electrical Engineering department has found you academically acceptable for the Master's degree for the Fall 2007 semester.
        You must certify that you have at least $28, 288.00 (USD)   before an I-20 (or DS 2019) can be issued.

If you are receiving funding from the department, the Graduate School will need a copy of the offer letter.   
Please send bank statement  information to the address listed below.   If you submitted an official bank statement with your application, please bring it to my attention via e-mail.



不管怎么样，申请了11所，接到的第一个信是AD，希望接下来更好
这样说是不是研究生院不知道奖学金的情况是不是？
接下去要发信给系里教授争取奖金对吗？
教授陶瓷信怎么措辞比较好呢？

我背景很差啦，烂学校本科，T 610+3.5  G 350+800+3.5  GPA  74分
其实AD很容易，大家都放心好拉

后来问小米奖学金的事情,,,,,说他们不提供奖学金...

早上刷邮箱刷出个UGA PhD（physics），奇怪的是他并没有祝贺我，仅仅说要求我在3月19号之前答复他，不然offer就没有钱了。
我一定要在3月19号回复他吗？答应了可以在4.15之前反悔吗？

真开心！申了7所学校，第一个录取我的居然是卡梅！不过没有奖学金。
由于我有5年的工作经验，所以允许我1年读完1年半的课程。让我5月份就入学。
问了一些人，好像F1签证除了允许秋季或春季入学，也允许夏季入学吧？
已经交了250刀的deposit
一年学费加生活费折合人民币58万。筹钱中。。。
