你要自己好好分析一下原因到底问题是出在资金问题上还是归国计划上。看了你的签经我觉得你的归国计划说得比较牵强，没有什么实质性的东西，不能说服签证官，一直说I will come back to China是没有的，签证官不会相信你。要好好想一下自己学的专业，学校、学位对以后的职业规划有什么帮助，有一个明确的以后的职业发展目标，如果你好好考虑，一定能说得比这次好的。

三个方面：资金是否充足，出国目的是否明确，回国理由是否充分，你看看自己这三方面有没做好。我觉得你没能把这三方面的东西都解释清楚，出国与回国也没有必然的联系，所以签证官才会据签你。

还有一个，你二签或三签的时候要主动陈述你所作的改变，把前面遗留的问题先解决了才能让签证官对你重新审核，材料要递的关键的材料，要有逻辑有目的的递给他，不要等他问了你再回答。
