Our society has paid more attention to the education. And the question that what is the truly effective education always arises many disputations. Although I agree that education cannot satisfy the needs of each person due to the limited education resources and other elements, I have to agree that our education will be more effective if we try to design it conforming to individual needs and interest.

In the beginning, I admit that due to the limitation of education resource and other reason that education cannot satisfy everyone's demands. There is no country in the world that can provide each student a teacher to satisfy the individual needs. Besides, as the students' interests are so broad that no government can ensure that they can provide sufficient money to support every interest of students' demands. Further, if the students' interests are in game, gamble, video games or illegal things, should educator still satisfy them? The answer is no. Therefore, to satisfy each student’s interest and need is unrealistic.

However, admitting the limitation of satisfy each student demand does not mean ignore its importance. On the other hand, it is very necessary to meet each people's individual demands as to improve the effective of education. It is common to every one that people will learn fast and deeply on the subjects they are interested and do poor in the areas they do not like. That is because people will spent more time, energy and concentration on those subjects they favor. Hence, providing the education according to the individual choice can improve the effectiveness education. In addition, such education that meet individual choice can also stimulate their passion and creativeness, which would be helpful for them to achieve further achievement.  A well know example is that when Einstein was young, his mother brought him home to teach him with her own way as the formal education did not fit Einstein. And such education that creative the most famous scientist creative thinking and finally achieved most important physical theory---the relative theory. Without the special design education maybe this theory is still in the air.

Another important element that can improve the effectiveness of education if people design it special to meet individual needs is the education itself. Education means cultivating people's mind and improving their abilities.  And each person takes a certain position in the society. We cannot say every one is the same as the modern society emphasizes more on the individual characteristics, which called the demands of individual education. And such education can be necessary for the development of our society. Besides, in today's education which call for an education of one's whole life, designing it individually can helpful to every to make the lives fruitful and colorful.

In conclusion, although I admit that education cannot satisfy every one's own demands as the limitation of education resource, I still claim the necessary of designing education to satisfy individual demands. And only in this way can education achieve its meanings and make people's lives fruitful and colorful.
