I think Harry's scar is very possible to be a sixth horcrux:
Something of Gryffindor's or Ravenclaw's
First, please see how a horcrux is made:
A Horcrux is made when someone conceals part of his or her soul in an object by committing murder. Using a spell unknown yet in Book 6, one can encase part of his or her soul into that object, which is the horcrux.
Then, as we know, when Voldemort intended to kill Harry Potter, he didn't manage to kill him at last. What had actually happen is the most curios event in the whole Harry Potter series. We can presume that by performing the Avada Kedavra curse, Voldemort left part of his soul in the scar. Maybe it's accidently or maybe he is intended to do so because Harry is so like himself - an orphan, a half-blood (Dumbledore said"He chose, not the pure-blood but the half-blood, like himself. He saw himself in you before he had ever seen you, as he intended, but gave you powers, and a future, which have fitted you to escape him not once, but four times so far..."). As far as we know, he was then one horcrux short when he met Harry. And after that, he had made Nagini, the snake a horcrux. Please also note that Dumbledore said "I am sure that he was intending to make his final Horcrux with your death".
In Book 4, <Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire>, Harry dreamed he was inside the snake along with Voldemort. After Dumbledore's explaination, we know that it means Voldemort can be inside the other things that part of his soul is in. In Book 5, <Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix>, we know that Voldemort was inside Harry once speaking using Harry's own mouth.
Then Harry's scar burst open (the scar burned white-hot, as though the old vound had burst open again)...
He was gone from the hall, he was locked in the coils of a creature with red eyes, so tightly bound that Harry did not know where his body ended and the creature's began: they were fused together, bound by pain, and there was no escape -
And when the creature spoke, it used Harry's mouth, so that in his agony he felt his jaw move ...
Remember the prophecy said "Neither can live while the other survives", which, in my guess, means that Harry has to destroy himself or get rid of his scar after killing Voldemort.
