迷茫求助！
个人情况：
1、本科是一所双非院校，专业是电气工程及其自动化，均分大概是80/100，有一个科创经历，拿了一个省奖。硕士是一所通信强211，专业是网络空间安全，均分85/100，但是硕士三年做的是无线通信方面的内容，产出3篇专利和0篇论文。
2、24年毕业进入国企，领导只看到了我的专业名称所以开始搞网络安全，主要做的是渗透测试、安全运维以及应急响应。
3、对QS排名重视程度一般，希望毕业以后留在当地或者进入外企，不以进入高校为目的。比较在乎全奖
申博求建议
请大佬们帮忙看一下我的bg如何申到全奖博
本人bg:
本科中外合办，Bsc econ 二等一毕业
硕士ic public health（目前未入学，博士方向想要继续public health 偏流行病
硕士十月份毕业
由于申硕的时候雅思考的比较晚，7（6.5）雅思明年应该还能用
因为本科和硕士专业不同，并且是一年硕，目前没有任何科研经历和pub
并且因为换专业的问题，我现在根本没发确定rp等要准备的内容
NTU专业选择：区块链or应用人工智能计算机
很纠结 南洋理工大学NTU专业选择：区块链（MScBT）or应用人工智能计算硕士（MCAAI）
p.s. 已经交了区块链的留位费了（5450新币），然后又收到了MCAAI的录取。
cs项目海德堡大学和瑞典cth（有奖学金）二选一
目前比较中意的有瑞典查尔姆斯理工大学（给了75%奖学金），专业是计算机科学：算法逻辑语言，比较好转ai好读博一点
海德堡大学排名比较高，德国也一直比较喜欢
