今天早上收到的，The Electrical Engineering department has found you academically acceptable for the Master's degree for the Fall 2008 semester. 让我寄财产证明，估计没钱。第五个AD了，还没看到offer的影子。

收到auburn 的 AD, 但没钱，郁闷
我真的不明白，难道美国人以为中国人现在富了，现在可以自费读PHD了?

obtain your U.S. F1 visa immediately thereafter.

去了一封信，询问有没有 finacial aid

回信如下：

sorry but we give priority for assistantships to existing students so it is unlikely you will obtain one upon entry.  We have many more qualified applicants than we do assistantships.  However, you are on the waiting list.

请教各位牛人，是不是 auburn 给的 offer 一直很少？

我有research experience & publication,  现在是不是应该多联系系里和教授？

像我这种情况，还有多少可能拿奖学金？

早上去网站上查状态时发现是Accept/Submit Financial Docs

不过让我爽的是我申的是 PhD Computer Engineering, 但是状态写的却是Master of Science CE了……
是不是因为我不够qualify自动降了呢？
那奖学金是不是就彻底没戏了？

今天还是很开心的，昨天刚过了生日，今早就刷出了一个口头offer University of Colorado at Boulder
TA ，不过还得等研院最后审查好像是
联系的教授还让申请了他家的一个fellowship，还没有消息，呵呵，如果申下来是不是就可以拿两份钱了？
呵呵，希望其他学校也快点出结果
