maybe i will send an emaill to the registrar of our university and ask him or her to send an email to my boss and ask my boss to forward this email to that university.

Then it should be OK.

I just talked with the registrar from the Dean's Office about this issue, and she will send an official email to my boss and cc it to me. and my boss will forward this to that university. I hope it will work out eventually.

I am too sensitive recently. stupid appliciton stuff is gonna drive me crazy.

You should attach a letter to the school explaining why that GPA only pertains to two classes. The school probably misunderstood you because they looked at your transcript and realized you most certainly didn't *only* take two classes.

Regardless, your boss shouldn't be alerted - this is mismanagement on the school's part so you should fight for your right.
