I think no matter where you are, and whatever you are doing, there are always different challenges and tough tests from life whether you accept them or not. one of the most powerful cognitive thinking ability I learned from psychology is always be aware of the 'problems' -- distinct those catastrophic thoughts from the self from external events, and never let your negative emotions be part of the problems. after all, life is tough in someway we may not like it, we stilll need to be tougher in order to go over them. soo.. add oil and pray for a little.

请大佬们帮忙看一下我的bg如何申到全奖博
本人bg:
本科中外合办，Bsc econ 二等一毕业
硕士ic public health（目前未入学，博士方向想要继续public health 偏流行病
硕士十月份毕业
由于申硕的时候雅思考的比较晚，7（6.5）雅思明年应该还能用
因为本科和硕士专业不同，并且是一年硕，目前没有任何科研经历和pub
并且因为换专业的问题，我现在根本没发确定rp等要准备的内容
CS选Offer：IC ESE ACSE（应用计算科学与工程） vs NTU Applied AI（应用AI）
IC学校好点，但是NTU的专业更好？毕竟在计算机学院下
选校求助
瑞典的皇家理工学院的Chemical Engineering for Environment and Energy(QS 73，学费360000SEK)，德国的拜罗伊特大学的Battery Material technology(QS 448，免学费)，对于拜罗伊特大学，我比较喜欢电池材料这个专业，（本科阶段我有参与过一年关于醇氧化的科研训练项目，实验试剂的气味刺激性很强，腐蚀性也很强，所以我不大喜欢有机方向的研究）另一方面我很喜欢德国，而且少去近30万的学费，经济负担会小很多，对我的心理负担也会少。对于瑞典皇家理工，它的QS排名高，回国更好就业，但我更倾向于继续攻读博士，或许影响不是很大。另一方面，我前几天联系了学院里一位瑞典皇家理工毕业的老师，他说有机会可以推荐我去他之前的大组，或许读博会更加容易。
欧洲Econ项目选择
经历了一个颇为艰难的25fall申请，勉强拿到了几个offer，想求助一下选校的问题。本人坚定未来读博，目标是欧洲PhD。下面是拿到的几个offer，希望各位前辈大佬给点宝贵的意见。
1. Bonn econ msc（2yr）：波恩的声誉很好，实力很强，但是这貌似不是一个跳板项目？每届大概有一百多人，据说必须卷到1.5以上才能有好点的申请结果。此外，bonn前两天发了一个招聘ra的邮件，只要五个人，不知道概率怎么样。
2. Collegio Carlo Alberto master econ （1yr）：都灵的一个跳板项目，cohort很小，往年基本都是意大利学生，能推到tse这种很好的PhD。但是好像没有中国人的案例，不知道会不会像其他意大利项目那样中国人和本地人申请结果差距很大。
3. Nottingham econ mres/PhD （1+4）：整合制项目，只要第一年及格就能升PhD，诺丁汉的econ实力也不错。过去是有一部分学生能拿奖，问题是supervisor教授告诉我，这两年诺丁汉已经取消了奖学金……如果要去，就只能当成一年的mres跳板硕，但不知道推力怎么样。据学长说，今年有国人这样做，拿到了qmul的带奖PhD，不过可能是个例。
bg：985国贸本，港三一年硕+1yr full-time ra，gpa普通，无发表。
