Teacher should be paid according to their students' performs（07.10.28）

In modern society,teacher is a reverent occupation.People respect them for their cultivate young generation which become talents for future society.As a student for more than 10 years,I know the significant devotion of teachers.Their payment should not depend on the achievement of their students but on the contribution they have made.The perform of student should considerate the ability of students themselves and how hard they work.

Human are very different from individual to individual.The abilities of learning of every students are great distinctness.An excellent teacher may teach clever students to slove difficult problems where as others only could use basic principle to deal with the calculation.The average scores of everyone will hide the grandeur work by teacher.It is the study aptitude that limit the whole perform.Obviously,it is unfair to judge a teacher good or not depend on the performs of students.

In addition,teaching is not a service industry.If one student never work hard neither on class or after class,it means that he/she always late for morning class or copy homework from his/her classmate,he/she definitely would fail in the examination.That is not teachers fault.Even some educators or parents argue that one of the teachers’ mission is help children want to learn and love to learn,no one could force others to do something they do not like,especially the boring konwledge.If there is a task of make someone work hard,it is the responsibility of educators or parents but not teachers.On the other hands,however,if all the students in one class work hard by themselves and get high scores in their performs but their teacher never care about his/her students,he/she should not pay for the high salary.Therefore,the payment of teacher should not according to the satisfaction of their “clients” like other service industry.

Finally,if the situation of teachers’ payment hinge on students do occurred,what will follow then?All teachers will not put emphasis on teaching their students but on how to cater to their students and on helping their students get high scores.Perfect perform is not the only aim of our education.Our teachers must cultivate youngsters abilities such as logical thinking,cooperation or leadership.Not only government but the whole society should prevent this tragedy.

All in all,I totally disagree with the opinion that teacher should be paid according to their students performs.How much money one person could earn should depend on how much they devote to our society but on others performs.
