Every time when I enter the library or bookstore, I will find numerous books elaborating different experiences of successful people. Most of them are bosses' autobiographies. The detail may not be insistent, but the essential qualities of bosses seem to be similar. Such as ambitious objects, leading talent and some particular personalities.

First and foremost, a boss should have a goal to steer himself to progress all along. Generally speaking, the distinguished characteristic of boss from ordinary people is that boss always takes a bigger burden. For example, ordinary people strive for his family, yet boss works even harder to satisfy all company's family. That requires him to set a object on a higher level. Once the goal is far beyond the reality, the boss will do his best to figure out how to achieve. Then the result turns to be the company's improvement.

Also, a leading talent is sufficient to a good boss. Because every glorious career needs many people's participation. As we know, a different choice will make an significant impact on the future life. So many people believe that a person should take care of it and never make an important decision alone. However, I hold the contrary opinion that sometimes making an essential decision alone is necessary.

First and foremost, a person himself is the best candidate to understand the situation while he is going to determinate something. For example, when we intend to go to college, the first thing we need to concentrate is that what major is most appropriote for us to learn. In my country, parents play a crutial role in this choice. Unfortunately, not every parent knows his child fully, especially those family who have little communication because of long time working. Then the possible dispute may bring the consequence that parents force their children to choose medical or biology while children themselve only want to learn art or performance. But who would like to spend their life on something they don’t like, and without inspiration, failure will always come into question. Interest act as a motivator which steer people study new things. So children should do their decision alone. After all, they choose, and they will never take the decision as an excuse.

Additionally, a person should possess a determinated heart since there sure to be some emergencies which require him to make a crucial decision alone. For instance, if one day a person’s relative is badly hurt in hospital waiting for a emergency surgery, coincidently he is the only one there and the same time only few minutes left for he to decide whether to proceed the surgery. The fact is that this surgery has merely 30% chance to succeed or 3 years’ life left for his relative. Nobody could help him figure out this life and death problem. If he cannot decide alone, time-comsuming will easily kill the relative at once.

As far as I am concerned, every person has the right and power to make their own important decision, and choose their own manner of life.
