Arguing for knowledge gained from experience is much more remarkable are those who hold the opinion that practice makes genuine knowledge. Others advocate that people should value books highly, for it is the fruit of thousands of talents and it can save a great amount of time to experience. As far as I am concerned, I assert that knowledge no matter from experience or books are both equal important.
Knowledge from books accumulates precious fruit from wisdom of millions of predecessors. As one of the eminent physicist Newton's saying, I am standing on the giant, so that I succeed. Knowledge from books can save people's time to experience and learn something we may never obtain from our experience. It will improve the learning efficiency. Especially to some subjects, it is hard to learn from experience, such as mathematics, history, philosophy. Learning from books is of great importance to grab the knowledge and accumulate to some point where we can utilize them to do some practical things.
On the other hand, as to some knowledge, it is impossible for us to learn from the books. Instead, we should spend more time on the experience, such as financial manage, swimming learning. Only when you are involved in the financial management can you understand the principle of how to allocate the money reasonably and effectively. Only by immerged in the water and practice over and over can you learn how to swim, even the most detailed books with a great many delicate pictures will still not work. Therefore, it is indispensable to learn knowledge from the experience.
Literally, most knowledge should combine books and experience. It will have much greater effect when classroom connect with the fields. For instance, learning physics on the classroom would give us some abstract image about the second law of Newton. However, when we come to the lab to see and do the compared experiment about how force would affect velocity, we are truly understanding this law. This is the power of integrity of experience and theory.
To sum up, some knowledge cannot come from the experience, while some would only work by experience. However, if we combine the two, it offer us a more vivid learning and better understanding. Thus, I believe the two are equal important and which one is more fit to the study depend on circumstances.

There is a heated controversy on the view that whether people would learn with a teacher or by themselves. Some people prefer to study on their own, standing on the ground that learning is a self-development progress. Others deem teachers highly as a indispensable assistant, that facilitate us to study with sufficient experience and broad knowledge. As far as I am concerned, I side with the latter one. Of countless reasons, I would explore the most conspicuous ones.

The first plain truth I am presenting here is that experienced teachers are able to saving us plenty of time in figuring out the way to study and the problem in our study process. There is no denying that study method is of great importance to the efficiency of learning process. Since there are thousands of ways to study, it is hard to decide which one we are suitable to. However experienced teachers are up on the differing way fitting distinct individual, thus with their assistant, we are apt to find our way to study instead of trying all plausible ways. Taking me as an example, I was not familiar with Toefl exam before I took it, for it is so alien with that in the school. Encountering so many “unable” and “unfamiliar”, I was overwhelmed at the threshold. Lucky as I was that I made a decision to participate in a class about the test in New Oriental School. After the eminent and eloquent teachers' instruction, I was quickly acquainted with this test system and found my way to study. Besides，sometimes we may involved into some hardship which we do not know how to deal with, teachers would take advantage of their experience and solve them.

The further and more subtle point is that knowledgeable teachers offer us an organized and systematic learning process fitting to our characteristic. So abundant the knowledge is that anybody is prone to lose himself or herself in the vast ocean of information. Organization and system are therefore another crucial factors accounting for the attaining of knowledge. Knowledgeable teachers are keen on the arrangement of organization and system of knowledge. They would teach us step by step concerning a main subject. On no account can we achieve this efficiently.

To sum up, only by using the right avenue and study in organization and system can we effectively obtain comprehensive knowledge and furthermore enjoy the fruit of our hard work.
