Actually, it’s hard to say I understand. But I catch 2 key words and try to give my explaination.

Eternity:
As Mr. Boethius said, eternity is the whole, simultaneous, perfect possession of limitless life. Furthermore, he gave us some other words, as temporality, infinity, permanence and immobility, in order to be better understood. Comparing eternity to temporal things seems easily, because the world we live in is full of temporality, changing lives, changing ages, changing circumstance, according to the principles of Marxist philosophy, which are general accepted, everything is perpetual moving and developing.

Someone may say “I see, temporality is the antonym of eternity”. Absolutely no. “Temporality” is the antonym of “permanence”, since they both have one construct inside: time. Meanwhile, “temporary” is the antonym of “infinity” because “place” constructs them. The world contains time and place have no beginning and have no end is still in perpetual motion. We can not see the end or limit of the world as well as itself. But God can see everything from past to future clearly through a immobile way because He takes time and place off. We are so tiny that just have sight of present. Time seems greater than us, so it has a long vision from past to present while it has no idea about where it will flow to. Then, God has the knowledge of everything from beginning to end because of immobility. That’s why things we think occasionally from our free wills while God know they are necessary. And that’s why the author said we should say that God is eternal but world is perpetual.

Judgement
Someone say that even though God knows everything, He does nothing just as a witness. What we should know is the difference between Christian ideology and Pre-Qin philosophy.

The spirit of Christian ideology pay attention to freedom, as the author on many occasions put emphasis on “free will”. God gives us the right of choice and let everything take its own course, He said when a man cannot choose he ceases to be a man. But He does have judgement as assigning rewards to the good and punishiments to the wicked. We can learn from past that which way we choose is to reward and which way is to punishiment. So we have the idea of good and wickedness, and we can tell right from wrong.

Paralleled with Christian ideology, Pre-Qin philosophy does not give us so much freedom of chioce. For instance, Confucian ideology tells us which things we should do and which way we should choose, Legalism ideology tells us which things we shoud avoid and which way we should not choose. Confucian ideology teaches us how to love others who do right and Legalism ideology teaches us how to punish others who do wrong. We still have free wills but we have know the results before we do.

我的日志怎么断断续续？该打~
今天朋友说我是个相当会凑合的人，就像一个坑里的萝卜，需要别人提拎萝卜头发才能起得来。颇得我心，哈哈。当然，这也不是什么赞赏=。=
身份证丢了，还要跑去新校区那边补办，it's really a long way~
话说元旦去了普陀山，非常虔诚地拜了下。
内心OS：去年6月去五台山拜的那个还算数不，也不知道菩萨和佛祖之间互相有米有联系，发个EMAIL啥的。
还去了趟溪口，看了看老蒋的老家。那个山顶上的小别墅还真不赖，半山腰上还有棋桌和石凳，想想每天傍晚散个小步，走累了坐在那里谈诗论画，不议国事，小日子也是相当的潇洒啊。
比起西塘、乌镇和周庄，我还是更喜欢平遥。虽然没有小桥流水，没有船娘婉转船歌，没有江南精致玲珑，但小城的淳朴闲适，又饱含了西北的粗犷和豪迈，别有一番风味。常想着在古城墙上看日落，关外漫漫黄沙，约几个知交好友，饮酒谈心，直到漫天星斗或者曙光微露。
说多啦，说多啦。这几天作业都没做呢，赶紧补哇。

I really know little about astronomy. Even though I took an elective course of this subject five years ago, I did not learn much about it since the course was too boring to put my mind on.

Back to this article, Deterioration of environment, limited sources of energy and rapid growing of population seem shorten the distance to doomsday, which worries people about how to survive. Thus, astronomers provide a way that living in another earth-like planet to solve this problemthe. So the hope of finding a life-bearing planet make planet-hunting more and more popular.

Kepler furthers the method of seeking shadows crossing the sun by seeking the tiny, periodic diminutions of illumination caused by planetary transits and proves itself be more effective and accurate. It gets some achievements but still not favour the hope. I believe after generations we will find a earth-size planet in the universe, or out of maybe, but that still leave a queation that how can we move to.

I read a Fobus rank about the most expensive CEO, the best CEO and the worst CEO of China in 2009 some days ago.It gave a list of the CEO pay, and made a judgement based on the relationship between executive pay and performance.

As the CEO pay is high even in the recession, the debate about wheather executive pay is reasonable hot at that moment. Mr. Kaplan as a proposer makes two fundamental points. Firstly, CEO pay has not gone up in recent years, indeed, it has been dropping since 2000, particularly in relation to other well-paid groups. Secondly, CEO pay is related to performance and market forces drive CEO compensation. Then he gives us a measure of CEO pay. It includes salary, bonus and stock-based pay which measures what boards believe they awarded the CEO. So he claims that the CEOs are paid what they are worth.

On contrast, Ms. Minow illustrates excessive executive compensation of the past decade is both a symptom and a cause of the current economic mess. She claims that a market-based response would be: (1) that was his risk and it is inappropriate to the point of misappropriation to force the other shareholders, already substantiallyout of pocket with their own losses due to his poor leadership of the organisation, make up for his losses (2) if the deals are good ones, he will be adequately rewarded when the benefit of those deals is reflected in the stock price; and (3) If this is pay for performance, what exactly is the performance we are paying for? She raises a question that if expected pay measure is rational in fact.

Since executive pay substantially base on expectancy, it should balance against gain and loss. Furthermore, there should be a measure about what exactly the performance is we are pay for.

Baidu DNS was hijaked on 12th Jan by hackers, which made a slump in the price of their stock. On 13th Jan, Google said that they would shut down Google.cn and may abandon their operation in China. Then Baidu’s price bounced back at that time. Well, how to say, misfortune may be an actual blessing.

I don’t want to talk about advantage or disadvantage when Google exit, I interest in “why”. Why they suddenly made this decision, and why this bussiness issue raise to a politic issue. Goole has built its operation in China for sevaral years, it is absolutly not the first time they face to China self-censorship policy. If they don’t agree with this policy, why they decided build their operation in China? Some western media praised this act as the real courage of fighting for freedom. But the real meaning of this act is for free speech on web, for its own profit, or values of US, I don’t know. There is one thing I definitely know is China will not change self-censorship policy cause Google exit.

好像日志总是写在凌晨，论文占据了我的白天，怎么那么多资料要读呢？
手头还有Utopia and anti-utopia in modern times, The real life of Anthony Burgess没看，权当练习GRE阅读了=。=
Comment总是来不及写，恨不得一天有36个小时。
单词也进入停滞期，还要安慰自己，能记住一个是一个吧。
2010年已经来了半个多月，我还后知后觉地认为自己停留在2009.时间真快，一天，一年，也就晃眼间。
晚上在图书馆看到达利和蒙特利安的画册，忍不住停下翻阅。看着那些柔软的钟表，温暖色彩中的冷静，清楚地感受到时光的荒芜。
理性席卷带来的热忱与梦想价值的缺失，终将导致现实浅层的挣扎与狂欢。以为从国家宏观叙事中解放而投入个体生存的关注是一种进步，其实，都是死胡同。
佛曰，殊途同归。

很久不曾更新日志，除了论文就是作文，期间沮丧过，甚至想放弃过，逃避过。但终究还是面对了。
还好，I今天抽到了高频，A虽然没练过但写的还算顺手，毕竟都是分析过的。
真是到了考场才觉得词穷，翻来覆去就那么几个简单的词汇，虽然I是写过的，还是词不达意。只是写完倒是剩了十几分钟也不知道该添点什么。估计字数也就是400-500之间。不好不坏，已经比我的最低期望要高了。
算是一个交代，毕竟，好好的做完了一件事情。

最高兴的是在这里认识了好多朋友，首先要谢谢CC，在我最沮丧的时候给我鼓励，告诉我要有必胜的信心，必死的准备，告诉我一定不要放弃不要逃避，我都记得。谢谢hugesea，跟我讨论题目，帮我充实提纲；谢谢又八，督促我写限时；谢谢番茄，Pluka, 海王泪，谢谢你们的帮助。虽然我还是很菜，但你们让我看到了自己的进步。这样就好。
