69"Government should place few, if any, restrictions on scientific research and development"
To what extent should the government place their restrictions on scientific research and development? The speaker asserts the government should place few restrictions while ignoring the nature of some researches. In my point of view, restrictions should be placed on according to different types of researches.

Without restrictions, researchers can research in a free atmosphere, it is easier to stimulate inspirations coming about. Moreover, some researchers are doing the research just because of their interests, with their interests together with their gifts for science, new inventions and discoveries are easy to make.
The example of Einstein can fully explain this, he has ever said ”I have no special gift -- I am only passionately curious.” With his curiosity and the comfortable research atmosphere, his theories of relativity had a profound influence on following research in both physics and philosophy.

What is more, if inappropriate restrictions were given, some of his propositions which overturned some most basic assumptions about the nature of universe would not be proposed, that will be the loss of all human. So research is by nature a work whose result is uncertain. All scientific research starts with hypotheses and assumptions, in this respect, if place restrictions arbitrarily on researches, we may miss many great discoveries which could dramatically improve health and well—being.

However, science research and development is a two-blade sword, without effective control, disaster will be courted. Some biologic engineers are so crazy that they want to copy human being like us according to the theory of Cloning technology. And some professors of medicine place too much interests on propagating human being based on the technology of Text-tube baby instead of nature process. Plus, warmongers more and more report they will adopt the atom weapon or more modern weapon, which could exterminate human being and earth ten times! Gene, will bring gospel for patients who are suffering inheriting disease, if with little confine and is overuse in other aspects such as genocidal or other illegal utilization, what a great number of people will suffer such extremely cruel afflicts. In this respect, government should place restrictions on researches which obey social norms ethically and morally, and cause harms to human in the future.

While, science should continue to do what it has been doing all these years: making life better for all of us. Based on this principle, government should constrain research and development to follow the direction that brings us most goods but least disadvantage. As for the fields which would bring more jeopardy or may cause moral problems should be imposed more restrain. The most important is, government’s right guidance of these inventions.

In my point of view, restrictions should be placed on according to different types of researches.(用一个设问作为开头很引人入胜~~~类似于那种悬念的开头~~很有feel，不过ignoring the nature of some researches 个人以为这句话是不是为了写而写啊~~凑字数的嫌疑哦~~因为一不知道这些research是什么 二就算有research那research就一定对吗~~~还不如不写，或者写我不同意感觉会更好些~~)
