Mengzi, the great philosopher and educator in ancient China,said(I paraphrase):" strict teacher can shape distinguishedstudents." Today this point of view is supported by the majority of people in my country. Although to some extentserious or strict person is beneficial to the development of students in thefuture, this discipline does not work for all situations. As for me, other qualities teachers embrace are also indispensable and even paramount for growth of the children.

To begin with, It is commonly accepted that strict personwill require their student to do more brilliant performance in various aspects. under the guidance of them, students will tend to enhancetheir standards by pushing themselves. As a result, it is easy to imagine thatby doing this, students have opportunities to develop their academicperformance or other ability. Take My brother, xiao gang for example. Xiao ganghas only average playing piano skill rather than music genius. After takingpart in a training program involving in music, his performance at pianodemonstrate a big leaping forward during only several months. It is amazing.through communication with him, The reason why he experienced a great progressis that a strict music teacher guide him.During this time, The teacher made a tough plan on xiao gang. By high-intensive practice, the music potential is explored. So it is a real example to show that serious personshave positive
impact on students.

it is not smart as relying on the strict person to helpstudent tap their gift or ability all the time. After all, staying on thegrowth stage, children should have flexible schedule instead of hurrying . After all, the majority of children can sustain too strict or tight study with lessleisure time. If young students are exposed to the big pressure everyday, Theywill reproduce the negative sense about studying new skill or knowledge.According to the survey reported in China Daily, when students have tired andboring feeling, their efficiency will bedecreased. So, in some situations,  a qualified teacher should pass the relaxed or humorous  atmosphere for students. any sophisticated persons are good atventing student's pressure from boring courses. consequently, student will refresh and then keep their concentration ontheir study again.

All in all, as an excellent educator should combine goodmethods with injecting their humor into students. In that case,young children will expand their knowledge scope efficiently
