Ok, class. As I mentioned at the beginning of this semester, we will be taking a field trip to the local marina. And that field trip will take place next week. Before we go, there are few things that I'd like to point out to you. Particularly, I'd like to talk about barnacles. As we have discussed, a barnacles is a shellfish usually small less than an each inch length. It's related to the lobster, shrimp and crab. However, unlike those other shellfish, barnacles are considered silent organism. That is, they are potentially damaging nuisances. You know, because they attach themselves to wood piers, rocks and ship bottoms as we will see nect week at the marina. And they even attach themselves to other living creatures such as turtles or whales. Now barnacle uses a very powerful cement, it is a self made cement to attach themselves. In fact, it is one of the most powerful glues known. Paleontologists even discovered fossils from 150 million years ago, that have the barnacles still attached. So, as you can see it is a very, very powerful and long lasting cement. Scientists today are even trying to duplicate that powerful adhesive. Only a few countries use barnacles for food. People in C G,S and Italy harvest to eat the clam like goose barnacles. However, there is one type of barnacles found here in the United States on west coast. It reaches weigh of 3 pounds and actually grows up to five inches tall. It takes a lot like lobsters or crab.

家里网络出问题了，原来手机也可以上这个网。简单总结下今天学习内容。单词地质学植物学，无老师1，2。听力只听了一个，明天想试一下Tpo了。然后老托继续听。阅读做了3个，并精读分析。发现还是要背单词，单词是关键！而且以后做阅读要放在上午了！最近上午状态极差，总是困。下午反而很好。这样不行啊！今晚晚点睡，明早不起早了，看状态会不会好一点。哦了，继续背可爱的单词去。

今天学的少！！！听了一套TPO，是以前听过的段子，只对了答案，还没有精听。
然后单词正常进行。发现很多在阅读总结的单词都还没有背下来。要加强了。
明天不能再这样下去了！！要专心学习！！！时间过的很快！！马上一个月就没了！！！

听力把昨天的TPO1精听了一遍，找出生词，研究题目。
时间剩的不多了，作文也要开始复习起来了。

现在开始听力OG，TPO

听力练习方法：

序号是步骤（开始之前，先做完题）

1.先放原声 听到直到没有听不到的为止 所谓没有听不到就是 反复听前一遍你没听到的内容 确保文章全部听到（不是听懂）

2.放原声并跟读 （这个跟读指的是你看着原文 以听力同样的速度看着原文读 读的烂没关系 反复读到熟练），（03：这个时候看原文要弄懂文章的内容。）

3.停原声 并照原文朗读 并录音 听自己录音肯定很囧 找出囧的地方 在原文处做标记 然后听原文修正语音语调 这一步骤是练语音的 再录 再找。

4.放原声 不看原文听读（与原声隔1~2拍 ） 直到脑中能反映结构为止。（03：如果听读很困难，有很多听力盲点，赶紧返回2跟读，解决听力盲点，直到可以听懂并说出每一个词，不管你说的标不标准。但是你可能还是不记得，或者说听不懂听力讲的是什么内容，这时候再回到4。）（另外，一旦发现自己走神了，一定马上重新开始听，锻炼自己集中注意力。）

5.脱稿自己说 到这一步基本能达到脱稿讲了（03：对进一步强化文章主要内容，把握主线有很大提高。而且对口语第六题绝对有帮助。）

每天坚持4小时！

03：可能对于刚开始练习听读跟读的同学来说，做这个工作比较困难。因为他耗时，也很折磨人。可以先用诸葛的每篇听读跟读交叉练习十遍的方法打好基础。但是后期这个练习少不了，因为简单听读跟读后你会发现听得懂单个句子，但是还是不知道文章讲的是什么，做题的时候忘了听力的内容。建议每天复习时间比较集中，但是备考时间紧张的同学用这5步训练听力。严格训练一篇绝对有简单跟读听读一篇双倍的功效！！！

刚开始的时候可能一篇文章要练习三个小时，甚至一天！万事开头难，大家一定要坚持，我们一起努力！

上午一直在崩溃的跟读和听读中，下午做了套TPO2，感觉非常好，错了2个题，后来发现前段时间做过了，下次再复习，直接忽略TPO2。

做完一套阅读TPO13，因为前面有的阅读做过了，想做个新的，结果果然是自己的阅读水平没怎么提高。自己就快被自己迷惑了！之前做了黄金阅读53的前12篇，正确率还挺高，平均每篇错1-3个，还在那沾沾自喜，觉得自己阅读没那么烂了。今天做个新的，果然问题暴露了，时间不够用，阅读读不懂，题做的乱七八糟，每篇错4-5个，有点绝望了。。。。。。一会精读找原因！！！！！！！！！！


上午背了单词，做了一套阅读。吃了午饭开始弄听力，TPO3,精听跟读听读，折腾了一下午才弄了2个LECTURE,还有2个没整呢。阅读也没精读成。接下来的时间复习单词了。

明天要把听力解决完。然后听一套新的。阅读精读分析。其他时间背单词。单词还是基础。听力不能再麻木的跟读了，要按照自己的特点来总结方法。
