my first issue draft,hp some critique

It's my first essay in Issue part,as I said before, I am confused in logical part,so just choose a topic and do the practice,hope you could give me some critiques.

Issue51 “Education will be truly effective only when it is specially designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student”

It is true that when education is designed to cater the need and interest of each student, students would be more enthusiastic in learning, more active in doing and handling their homework. The education would be more effective in some degree. From the aspect of individual, once personal needs are satisfied, they may enhance their performance, so with the students. Considering about the whole education circle, once this kind of learning atmosphere comes into being, the academic setting would have positive impact on each other which is conducive for the development of education.
However, even if each and every student need and interest is accommodated, it can not guarantee the effectiveness of education. First, education in pedagogy category, concerning not only students, but also teachers, they are interactive. Only giving the satisfaction of the kids ignoring the cultivators would yield nothing. But, as we know, teachers need always have connection with financial support; they need bulks to R&D, to purchase laboratory tools, which call for the appropriation of education ministry. In this way, it raises more burdens to education rather than effectiveness. Second, when everything require is met, people would often yields laziness; it is true in everyone, especially those brats who do not have enough continence on themselves. Whereas effective education comes from assiduous learning and hard-working, which cannot be discounted, everyone is familiar with the aphorism;"Genius come from 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration."
Further, effective education should not need to build on meeting each student's need and interest. Some interest cannot be met with and should not be catered. For instance, one's curious about hacker attacking, should we meet his or her each require of develop this genius mind? The answer is absolutely no. What's more, it's unrealistic to realize everyone's requirement; we do not have those resources and energy.
The truly effective education relies on the interaction of both teachers and students. It is undoubted that we need to consider student's need and interest in some fields and do the best to meet them, but the crucial point is to integrate the need with the curriculum requirement and meet the need of society. Since education is society-oriente.

I know my vocabulary is not various in the whole essay, as well as the style & the words is not enough. But which I want ur most suggestion and critiques lie in the logic part.
