独立写作：young people should try several different jobs before they they take a career in a long term?

As the development of society, more and more different kind of jobs pattern appear, job is no longer a fixed thing. There are many companies providing jobs with various length, people can easily find a short time job or an internship, and long time jobs will also be available to people who fits. Nowadays, debate on the question whether young people have the need to try several different jobs before they finally take a career in a long term raises. And in my point of view, though a long time job seems more beneficial and stable, in order to gain t enough valuable experience and find a suitable job, I prefer first trying some short time jobs, which can improve your working skill and give you a chance to consider well about what job fits you.

First of all, trying several jobs first improve your working skills and other ability. As is known, when the freshman come to a company and begin with his job, there is a period when he need to gain some special skill in this field, he works as well as learns. However, I still remember my uncle’s conversation with me before, he said that the freshman in his company knew few about the skills needed in the job and this took him some time to train. He thought the time and money on training the fresh man will be avoid if he can find a man already gain the necessary skill. Therefore, if we have tried some different jobs before, we might learned skills for several field. With these skills, you would be treated as better candidate for the job.

Moreover, several different kinds of job will give you a valuable work experience. Working in different types of companies and in different places with different people give you the chance to have a wide sight about the society, which means you need to learn to communicate with lots of people, solve many kinds of problem facing in the jobs and deal with different level of pressure. All of these will then turn to be a advantage over freshman who never have jobs in the society before in competing for a job opportunity.

Finally, trying several jobs first leave you a enough space to decide which is the best job for you. University is a totally different world comparing to society, which, is a real world. Young people may do well in his classes, having lot of friends in the campus, but put him into the society, that probably be different. Society is a complex world, and many factors should be count in when evaluating your new life in it. You are good in Math does not mean you are the best choice for jobs like accounting man. If you can well handle the job, you need to know clearly about its details like its running pattern, needed skills. How to know these, the only way is too try, to take time get familiar with them and that is why I prefer to try different jobs before you finally choose the long time job.

To draw a conclusion, though it may take some time for young people to try several jobs before he eventually decide what kind of long time job fits him, this process is necessary in my opinion. The process gives young people valuable skills and experience and provide them enough space to do the right choice, which has a deep effect on their future life.

As the development of society, changes have taken place dramatically in our life, which lead to a totally different view of life. We have enough food to eat, various products to help us live more comfortable, and then, we care more about our personal health. One way to keep fit now is to do sports. There is a question about sports that whether playing sports teaches people more lessons about life? And my answer will definitely be yes. Playing sports can not only bring us physical goods but also the mental goods, which enhance our life style and health level.

First of all, playing sports can do physical goods. Human body are just like a machine and the organs and all the bonds and muscle can be think as the small portions of the machine, if the machine is put aside and has not been used for a long time, the portion of it will turn to be broken, which then may causes the whole machine break down. This is just the same case as the human body. If you sit in the desk working or studying day by day without doing any kinds of sports, your body will probably fall into a bad situation, which may easily get ill.  Playing sports need you to a excited state, and is a proper way to improve working efficiency. According to an analysis, playing sports could spur certain field of brain in which the nerves control human’s behaviors. The active nerves can accelerate the movement and excitement of the body.

Furthermore, playing sports can help people release their stress from study, work, or other activities of daily life and keep a good mood. For example, once a time I got my really low mark on a subject, when I saw the grade, all the bad feeling like upset , disappointment, anger about myself and stress form my parent come out together, which made me even hard to breathe. Then, one of my friend, Zion, asked me to play basketball as the way to release myself. I did what he suggested, and, amazingly, I felt gradually comfortable every time after I run to defense, shoot a ball, shout for something. Sports does so well in reducing the stress in your mind.

Finally, playing sports give you a chance to meet more friends and strengthen the team. No matter the friend is your teammate or competitor in the sport game, while playing a game, the game itself provide all of you a good platform to share your ideas. The deep communication in the game also strengthen your friendship.

To draw a conclusion, the answer to the question that whether playing sports can teach people more lessons about their life is undoubtedly yes. Sports could help people keep fit and maintain an energetic and healthy body as well as do goods to people’s mental situation by helping reduce their stress in daily life and strengthen friendship.

The best way to improve the quality of the education in a country is to increase teacher’s salary?

There is little doubt about the point that teacher’s quality is the main factor of the quality of education. A school with wonderful equipment like classroom, playground, computers will still stay in a low educational level if it teachers do bad. Recently, more and more debates raise on the topic whether enhancement of the teacher’s salary will contribute to  the country’s quality of education? Some may treat it wrong, for me, however, I agree that this is the best way to increase the quality, since the change of teachers will have a great effects on the whole educational effect.

First of all, a higher salary probably can have influence on the teacher’s attitude towards his job. Education is not an easy job , sometimes it is really headache job. Take the teachers of primary schools as an example, except from teaching different kinds of classes, another important jobs is to manage the whole class and pay attention to each children’s growth. In fact, teachers in the primary school share some jobs which should be done by parents, they teach children morals, supervise they behavior and so on. You know what kind of hard job this is. However, these teachers might not get a sufficient amount of salary they owe to get. Therefore, some of them may feel bad, which in turn affect their performance in school, reducing the quality of education

Moreover, offering teachers higher salary may indirectly make teachers focus more on education, which, help improve the quality of education. Nowadays, some teachers would earn extra money by teaching outside the school, like the society classes, or be a tutor on weekend. This kind of things happen because teachers are unsatisfied about current salary they earn. However, since teacher use they extra time and energy to earn money, they can not focus more on the students in their school, which lead to a drop in the education quality in their own school. How to solve this problem? Increase their salary will be an efficient way.

To sum up, though there are many other factors may also effect the total quality of the school’ education, we should not dent the fact that teacher’s attitude towards his student and its energy paid on school are the key factor in this problem. And increase their salary will be a directly method and also is the best one.
