"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

  As it is known to all,law is the representation of verity and justness. And we have the responsibility to obey law as a citizen and can stem the torrent of law when it is unfair indeed .However,labelling laws as two types-just and unjust is excessive and ultra.Moreover,as the different understanding of justness,we can not disobey and resist law casually based the individual felling of unfairness.

  Law is the compelled guide line of our behaviour which has the trend of full justice.That is to say,we must obey it completely and consciously.What is more,when the law is so unjust that we can not identify with,we should amend it by taking measures such as suggesting and revolting.For instance,he feudalistic law of land is abolished as the unjust distribution of farmers' benefits.And the slavery of black man in America is annulled for the invidious racialism.Anyway,its our duty to obey the law and,even in some cases,to disobey and resist the real unjust laws.

  However,dividing the law into just and unjust types is arbitrary and unadvisable.Absolute just is an ideal target which we always pursue,but never reach.Fore now,as the laws ,made by dominator,always protcet their benefits and rights.Even the law of the socialist democracy enacted for citizen have problems about individual justice which we can not solve at present and short future.Videlicet,the law can only protect part of all.For example,the law of private property,made to protect the validity of wealth,present the justice for individual.However,possessing of diverse fortune arose the differentiation of class.That means wealthy people are more richer while the prole are more penniless than ever.And then,when the behaviour of stealing magnate made by the poor seems logical and fair,while the poor violate the law.Should we forgive the poor and set them free?Of course not. At the first sight of this case,these culprits seems disobey and
resist unjust law.However,this action have a bad impact of social stability and ethos.Moreover,if we admit the injustice of the law and replace it by acceptting that everyone have the equal wealth, this modify reflect on the injustice of distribution of working return.This shows laws can not make sure of everyone's profits.Even facing the condition of unjust law,we should obey the law until find a better way to make over.

  Furthermore,justice, a moral value,can not form unitive standard as each individual has diverse opinions of life.The attitude to murderers,some of us consider that executing death penalty is the best and justest way for their compensates to these victims.While others believe that depriving others' lives including the murderers is immoral and unjust.If people dispute whether executing should be carried out or not for the standard of justice and even people who disagree the executing start to obey and resist the law,we can hardly confirm the exact punishments and encourage some crime in some degree.


In sum,laws are the compelled guidelines which we is our responsibility to obey.Admittedly we should withstand it when it is indeed unjust and illogical.However,Individual can not casually disobey and resist it by the private feeling of injustice and the expenses of personal profit.
