思路为正针对性的教学对教育的好处。
         反学生们根本不知道自己的兴趣在何处
         反学生们处在兴趣会剧烈变换年龄段。
下月11号考,有点慌了,看见题目了,不知道写什么。

Only such education, which is designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, can be a truly effective one, as the speaker asserts. In a sense, I tend to agree with the speaker's broad assertion that the specifically designed education has always been the efficient approach to inspire students to learn . Nevertheless, the speaker begs question by overlooking uncertainty of students' capability to specify their own need ,as well as the ever changing condition of youngsters' interests. The final judgment, in my view of point ,should depend on case-by-case analysis.

I concede the speaker is on the philosophically correct side of this issue. "The most important part of education," once wrote William Ernest Hocking , the distinguished Harvard philosopher ,"is this instruction of a man in what he has inside him." As Hocking claimed, education originally serves to help realizing one’s value. Admittedly, everyone is different, and then means to achieve their value vary from person to person . Thus the specifically designed education is required to ensure that each student' need is met. In such education environment, students pour their heart and soul into the field which they are really interested in. Consequently, they are more likely to make significant advancement for the human world and subsequently realize their own value.

However, we should concede that in spite of the merits of specifically designed education discussed above, overextended ones will be indeed harm. The first point of my contention with the speaker has to do with the students' capability to specify their own interests and needs. Few would dispute that in our education system a minuscule scale of students clearly know their interesting area. With the advocacy of specifically designed education, most of our students tend to select a seemingly interesting subject. And probably after a period of boring and lasting theoretical lecturing, students would swift to a seemingly more attractive subject.
Not only this situation can bring about destructive effect on our students' study confidence and capability ,but ultimately commit devastated damage to overall understanding about knowledge and learning.

The second point, and the one that I find the most compelling, is the ever changing condition of students' interest. Especially during the period of adolescent, students' psyche and mental condition is in a increasingly maturing stage, thus their interesting area are unstable and tend to change to a great extent .So specifically designed education would be negative to help develop real interests. Consider, for example, a mathematical genius
showed great interests to basketball in his early years, and then his education was specified to concentrate on various basketball skills, while lacking the fundamental scientific training. However, when he came to acknowledge where his own expertise exists, the lackness of basic science knowledge and training should be a shortage in his academic endeavor.


From the analysis made above , I strongly commit to the notion that we need to call for a balance between regular education and specifically designed education. In a word, due to students' ever changing interests and inability to specify interests and needs, we cannot simply make the judgment that only specifically designed education is truly effective.
