Our increasingly complex and turbulent society requires colleges to offer a variety of high-quality students as employee in company, officer in government or even scentist in institutes and so on. This, with other potential demand, enforces the universities to improve the quality of instruction. The solution our arguer provided here is obviously a good start, thought ineluctable brings some problems.

In the first place, teachers can understand the societal requirement for the student from outside professions, aided by which to mediate their sylabus, thus making the course better meet the demand of society. Take the computer science for an example, teachers in university normally instruct the C language to student simply because its importance in the history of programming and its simplicity, and elegance. However, if a teacher of computer science would go out the campus to an IT company, he or she will quickly figure out that Java, a new language, is much more popular, effective and feasible to solve many practical projects although it seems like not so sophisticated than C language. After informed by this, the teacher will possibly to add some courses on the Java, thereby helping students better prepared for not only future employment interview as well as their real work in those company. In short, outside working for teachers could help them improve their instruction through scheduling a better practical course.

What is more , as to ensure the content in the course to keep pace of our times, teachers also need to go out for a relevant job to learning latest knowledges. As it is often told, we live in an era of information exposure, which indicates that our knowledge and conception for a thing change and develop rapidly. The shockingly fast development of sequencing technology for human genome is exactly the example. In the seventies of last century, the first generation sequencing was invented by Sanger, an eminent chemists in UK. No sooner, scientists from Harvard developed another method which turns to be as powerful as that of Sanger's. This two methods are so superior that makes people believe there will not improvement. However, revision and improvement regularly reported all over the world. This was even changed by current development since Roche, SoLid and several other companies each pronounced that the second generation sequencing has developed individually and even the three generation is nearly complete. Therefore, if teacher who teaches something about the sequencing in university, he or she should go out for a position in company like Roche to better understand the development of it. Otherwise, it is impossible for students to know other technologies for sequencing except the classic Sanger's method. The unprecedented speed of technical evolution necessiate teacher to master those latest technologies in companies as to make their class not out-of-date.

Additionally, to work outside is the exclusively way to check the knowledge teached in the class. In China, eversince as the kids, people are admonished a proverb, that is, "practise is the only criterion for proving the truth". Trustworthily, schools are merely places for indoctrinating knowledge at a certain extent. However, whether the knowledge is true or not, was scarely checked, if any. A theory in the book twenty year ago may be true while applying to the society of that time, however it will be possibly wrong at this moment. Furthermore, what tought in schools may just refelect one specific aspect of a truth, but if teacher check it in real situation, they will find many other factors or explanations. Students in economic courses knows that the dynamics of stock market may follow the HMM model theoritically, it actually also a reflection from government policy, pubic confidence or even epidemic transmission. Therefore, the teachers of economics should experience in a real stock to see the what really happen there, then they can give a better concrete and realistic course to students. Through the work in the real situation, teacher will give better and comprehensive concepts to students because they are checked by the reality.
To sum up, if the work would not be overloaded to the degree that teachers forget their identity as teachers, they can benefits a lot from the works out of the university, which certainly will help him or her offer students courses better meet the requirements of development of society, have more update information and with high reliability.
