Some argue that the best way to improve health care is through environment protection. As far as I concern, however, a certain number of factors need to be taken into account when talking about health care improvement, such as food safety, hospital availability, quality of medical care and so forth. Environment alone is not the determinant factor to the quality of health care.

Admittedly, some diseases are caused by the pollution of the environment, especially those diseases related to immune system and respiratory system. The recent nuclear leak in Japan has aroused considerable concern in the world, because the strong radiation can totally destruct the lives of the area. Nevertheless, health care issue encompasses more than the factor of the environment.不是很清楚这段的目的,福岛核泄漏引起的辐射病并不属于正常的”污染病”范畴,同时也不在你提出的”related to immune system and respiratory system”范畴内啊

As far as I am concerned, food safety is one of the key factors towards this issue. We human beings rely on food to sustain our lives. Several sad accidents related to food safety have been reported recently in China. Induced by high profit, some milk manufacturers use expired sources and chemicals to produce milk powder for babies and children. Hundreds of those who feed on this milk have been diagnosed of serious problems with their kidneys. Moreover, fast food like burgers and chips are rich and unhealthy, which often results in obesity and diabetes.最后一句很么有逻辑，建议删掉。。。

Further, the relationship between doctors and patients is another crucial problem. A certain amount of people who suffer from illnesses are afraid of seeing a doctor. Without insurance, the diagnosis price is often too high to be acceptable, let alone the price of an operation. Compared with the large number of patients, the number of doctors and nurses are so small. Thus, they cannot be patient and careful enough to treat each patient while a great many others are waiting outside the clinic rooms. Thus, the availability of the treatment greatly needs to be improved.

The U.S. health care reform demonstrates the importance of the health care availability to ordinary people. Besides the environment protection, a package of solutions needs to be carried out by the government. Only by this way can we achieve a satisfying health care.这里为什么要采用美国视角？
