have received scant attention. Perhaps DuBois the novelist must wait his turn behind
DuBois the philosopher, historian, and editor. But what if the truth lies elsewhere: what
if his novels do not speak to current concerns?

一个有很多同位语成分的句子哈……
也就是说，DB可能要等到他作为哲学家、历史学家和编辑学者的成果都被研究之后，他作为小说家的成果才会被别人研究~言下之意就是他的小说终有一天会被研究的，只不过不是现在~因为他在其他方面的成就也不错，人家都去研究他其他方面的成就了~

呵呵~我读这个句子的时候倒觉得写得很妙哈~也做对了那道题。有时候把备G看材料的时间当成一种享受也是可以的，阅读材料写得都不错哈。LZ加油
