Research assistant and teaching assistant positions are available in computer science at the Colorado School of Mines for motivated and bright Ph.D. students with strong algorithms background and implementation skills to work on projects funded by the National Science Foundation.  Research areas of interest include mobile social networks, wireless sensor networks, pervasive sensing, cyber physical systems, participatory sensing, robotic sensor networking, and data management.   Having a Master's degree in computer science is desirable but not required.
