Rather than help their children doschool work, parents should encourage their children do work independently. Doyou agree or disagree?

Why, you may wonder, should parentsgive a hand to their school children on finishing assignment? Because with highpressure caused by difficult academic subjects, there is plenty of homework todo instead of playing with friends outside after school. However, I, aftercareful consideration, maintain that parents should encourage their children todo school works on their own without too much help from parents.

Questionnaires from across the countrydemonstrate, astonishingly, that numerous people, even since their early yearshave associated finishing homework with help from parents who may have abilityto solve certain complex problems. They completely ignore the significance offinishing homework independently quite unaware of the fact that will definitelybenefit us in more ways than that.

First and foremost, doing theirassignment without parents’ extreme help will bringplenty of benefits of various sorts. To start with, with homework, no matterhow difficult it is, finished by themselves without help from parents, studentsare likely to build a personality of independence. For example, students willenjoy the joy that the independent success bring to them so that they may dealwith problems or difficulties on their own unconsciously. Furthermore, ifchildren can finish their homework without anyone’shelp, especially from their parents’, they will be brave to facethe difficulty in their future life. For instance, with complex math problemshaving been solved, children may be so venturous that they have capacity toface the problems and beat the problems without too much nervousness. Last butnot least, independent thought will bring improvement on academic subjects tostudents, thereby making them get the peak of the mountain of certain subjectwith engaging work. Consequently, it is a truth universally acknowledged thatfinishing school assignment turns out to be a wise choice.

With more independence comes morepractical experience. It is known to us that solving problems without parentshelp, to a great extent, will benefit children by the increase of ability,while young pioneers, especially in modern days, are put in the place full ofopportunities with coming competitions. We can, with ease, find specificexample in the case of my friend, Gibbs. Gibbs used to get low marks in hismath exams because of receiving help on math from his father commonly. After afailure last term, he decided to go straight on the independent way ofstudying. At last, he enjoys his great stride in math in this middle termexamination. Hence, without independent study, we can never reach our appearinggoals.

To sum up, it is true admittedly thatreceiving academic help from folks comes to be a considerable way to finishpresent difficulty on study, yet although with harsh industry, independent workis the way to future achievement.
